Paul and his colleague Victoria were professional courteous and above all else determined to obtain the best price for me. The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.

At all times in this protracted process, they worked hard to keep all parties on track , always responded swiftly to phone queries and emails, and offered a personal and highly professional service . I would recommend this estate agents .

13th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.
18th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.
27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had absolutely no experience, whatsoever, of moving house, having lived in the same property for 50 plus years, so I was apprehensive about the process, but, I needn't have worried because the whole team at Miles and Bird proved to be not only professional, but very supportive, friendly and reassuring. Aaron was a real star. He went the extra mile to iron out any problems, and was always there for me. He worked tirelessly to secure the sale. So a special thanks to him. He is very good at his job. I would definitely recommend Miles and Bird to anyone who values a caring and personal service. They are a great team.

9th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)Daniel and his team took over the sale of our property from another agent and within 8 days we accepted an offer (asking price). Following on from being under offer, Alice has spent hours and hours updating us on every step of the sale. We have not had to chase them for anything, as they have been absolutely amazing. I have already passed on Daniel’s details to a few friends, looking to sell soon. I can’t recommend them enough. Don’t waste your time with the other, bigger agents. They are a small team and incredibly dedicated. Thank you for everything Daniel & the team.

2nd May 2026 (6 days ago)Moving from a flat to a house was a big jump for us. We had limited time to lock in and secure a property that fit, Charan came through for us. Charan went above and beyond to ensure that we were catered to in every way. From early/late correspondence to continuous updates, creating a great sense of trust and confidence within the process. After renovating the property, should we wish to sell, we would definitely instruct Charan to look after our sale. We would want any potential buyer walking through our doors to have the same experience as we did. We cannot express how great Charan was with us over the past couple of months, and we are not easy customers either.
