Maddie kept us in the loop throughout the whole process which was stressful at times and kept in contact with our solicitor and notified us immediately about the current situation. We are extremely grateful and so happy we are now in our lovely new home. Moving is inevitably stressful but instructing Howkins and Harrison was the best decision we could have made. We were looked after very well by Kiran Munder who replied quickly to all queries and arranged for the maintenance of the property to be done efficiently before the new tenant moved in.

I'm currently coming to the end of the tenancy with Alberly Tyson, The staff have always been friendly, polite and professional. Alberly Tyson was supportive through both the moving-in period and the moving-out period, Giving us clear instructions on what we need to do throughout the process. I would definitely use again or recommend to a friend.
