It was my first property sale, and David visited my home to discuss the service in detail, outlined what to expect in the process and the costs. Once my property was put on the market, his wonderful team were in touch with me weekly (if not more, due to the number of viewings!) to provide me with updates and guidance through the process. I felt thoroughly supported, and the whole team were David and his team were amazing throughout the whole process of selling my property. It was my first house sale, and David visited my home to discuss the service in detail, outlined what to expect in the process and the costs. Once my property was put on the market, his wonderful team were in touch with me weekly (if not more, due to the number of viewings) to provide me with updates and guidance through the process. I felt thoroughly supported and informed, and the whole team were super friendly and helpful. Their specialist knowledge, high quality marketing materials and personalised service really sets them apart. They worked with me to move swiftly when I unexpectedly wanted to put my property on the market earlier than we had originally planned, got serious buyers through the door within days and secured two offers in less than 2 weeks and a sale thereafter. The sales process went on to become more complex and King West - and Jessica Deacon in particular - went above and beyond to keep it on track even in the hairiest of moments. I could not be more grateful or impressed by the level of effort Jess, Stephen and the team put into my house sale. 5 stars!

We were looked after very well by Kiran Munder who replied quickly to all queries and arranged for the maintenance of the property to be done efficiently before the new tenant moved in.

I'm currently coming to the end of the tenancy with Alberly Tyson, The staff have always been friendly, polite and professional. Alberly Tyson was supportive through both the moving-in period and the moving-out period, Giving us clear instructions on what we need to do throughout the process. I would definitely use again or recommend to a friend.
