We had a bumpy process with solicitors etc. but Karen was there every step of the way and was key to help us moving in good time. Even after the sale they checked in to see how we are getting on. We can not thank them enough and will definitely be in touch for our next steps on the ladder!!

From day one, they’ve always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Lisa is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that tenants feel heard and looked after. Any issues I’ve had over the years have been addressed promptly and with real attention to detail. It’s rare to find a property management team that truly values both the property and the people living in it — but Lisa and her team really do. I feel lucky to be renting through them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly agency.

From the very first visit from Shannon who advised me how to put my bungalow on the market, to the exchange today, just over five months later.<br>Every member of staff I have come into contact with have been exceptional. They are all extremely professional and dedicated.<br>The key people were: Shannon (as previously mentioned) who has been in constant contact with me throughout: Luisa and Suzanne who showed my bungalow to several prospective buyers and who always gave me in depth feedback, and lastly Judy in sales progression.<br>They have all worked tirelessly to make the whole transaction as straightforward and easy as possible. I have been contacted with regular updates and have always felt confident of the service they were providing.<br>Judy, in particular, has been remarkable. Her meticulous and outstanding effort to help have been astounding.<br>I highly recommend Wards of Eynsford.

He was always approachable, patient and willing to explain things clearly, making sure we understood what was happening at each stage. He was incredibly responsive, professional and genuinely went above and beyond to help us.<br><br>What stood out most was that we always felt we had someone who genuinely cared about making all things happen , rather than simply going through the motions.<br><br>Buying our first home was a huge milestone for our family, and having Matt supporting us made the experience considerably easier and less stressful. My sale was quite complex, with delays and hold ups in the chain that were outside our control, but the team went above and beyond to keep things moving. They handled everything with professionalism, urgency and a personal touch that I really appreciated.<br><br>Communication was excellent. Whenever I had a question, someone was there to answer, and I always felt confident they were working hard behind the scenes. They were approachable, trustworthy and easy to work with throughout.<br><br>A special thank you to John for his patience with my frequent requests for answers and updates, and to Terrence for his work behind the scenes, pushing the sale forward and showing a real urgency to get things done. Three or 4 months since property on market with Jack Charles just had one viewer. I have asked them to take the property off market. I couldn’t get to manager on the phone unfortunately.

Tried to unsubscribe five times but you get a pop up saying ‘something went wrong’. Phone up and ask to get removed from the mail list, yet continue to get junk emails.
