11th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)I HAD ONE VIEWER ,THEY GAVE ME A TIME WHEN THE VIEWING WAS GOING TO TAKE PLACE WHICH WAS 2.15 ON A SATURDAY ME AND MY WIFE WENT TO A GARDEN CENTRE , WELL AT 3PM I PHONED WEBBS TO SEE IF THE VIEWING HAD FINISHED ,I WAS THEN TOLD OH NO WE DONT SHOW THESE PEOPLE AROUND UNTIL 3.30 PM I SAID I HAVE VOICEMAIL MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE THAT THE VIEWING WAS AT 2.15 ,I SAID WELL CAN YOU PHONE ME WHEN THE VIEWING AS FINISHED THEY SAID THEY WOULD.......WELL THEY DIDNT. THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY WEBBS PHONED, BUT WE WERE OUT THEY LEFT A MESSAGE FOR ME TO PHONE BACK, I DID BUT THE ASSISTANT WAS ON THE PHONE, I WAS TOLD SHE WOULD PHONE ME BACK, WELL SHE NEVER DID , WHEN I TERMINATED THE CONTRACT ,I AT TO GO TO THEIR CANNOCK OFFICE TO GET MY KEYS... ON THEIR BROCHURE TO ME WHEN I FIRST WENT WITH WEBBS ITS IN BOLD LETTERS NO SALE NO FEE , BUT THEY CHARGED ME £60I WENT WITH WEBBS ON THE 28th FEBRUARY2025 FINISHED WITH THEM END OF JUNE
23rd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)In my humble opinion my house was fairly easy to sell so didn't take long and got near my asking price. Albeit Lovetts did pretty pretty well at this stage.
3rd Jul 2026 (2 days ago)The agent took 6 months to sell one of the two properties I had. I spent a lot of my time chasing him up for information and feedback. He had failed to advise about writing into the sales schedule, no guarantees. This cost my £3000 payment to the buyer for a new boiler. He sold the property at home report value, which I'd agreed completely unaware of the additional costs I'd be paying. The second property did not sell. I discharged this estate agent and went with a different estate agency. Within two weeks of them marketing the property, three viewings resulted in two second viewings and an offer accepted. When I wrote a review, to prevent anyone else experiencing such unnecessary stress and negative financial impact, he responded with it was my fault for insisting on doing the viewings. Oddly enough, as my son is a vulnerable adult, I continued with the viewings after changing estate agents and behold the property sold!

We have had one hell of a house journey, through no fault of them but they have kept me level headed throughout. It’s been a rollercoaster and Kerry and Millie in particular have been fairy god mothers! Their knowledge and advice is next level and the support and communication was beyond phenomenal! I can’t recommend them all enough! A massive thank you! Friendly, professional, and can’t do enough for you! Simply the best!

We have been extremely impressed with connells all the way through, especially Mia Harper who has been fantastic throughout with booking the viewings and keeping us fully updated throughout. Thankyou again Mia for all your help and hard work, we really appreciate it and we would definitely use again ??????- 1st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Would recommend the team here. They were patient, responsive to my needs and very professional. Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

His communication style when arranging viewings and giving feedback was excellent, and he made dealing with, what can be a stressful life event, much smoother to navigate. Working in the industry myself, I can certainly recognise a special agent when I see one and she certainly is a true credit to Dourish & Day. She listened to me rant (probably like a broken record at times) , offered advice and promised me she would chase and subsequently update me… and true to her word she was every single time!! To get the good news call from her personally today was the icing on the cake for me & my partner. Thank you so much Claire for all your help throughout, we appreciate you hugely ??????

How wrong was I? Offer and sale subject to contract all communicated the same weekend . Fabulous service ??????

Within 15 minutes of it going live I had my first appointment.. second viewing appointment for the same day within 40 minutes both for the same day! I literally can't believe how efficient they are! I would totally recommend them! From the media presentation to speaking to staff on the phone it's been absolutely faultless!!!
