4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I enquired by phone about a property, but unfortunately I didn’t find the experience particularly welcoming. The call felt quite rushed, and I came away with the impression that there wasn’t much interest in helping with my enquiry.

It’s a shame, as I’m looking to build relationships with local agents for both current and future opportunities. Even if I’m not in a position to proceed with a particular property straight away, good customer service and a helpful approach would definitely encourage me to come back in the future.
5th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I had a very good experience with John Goodwin. I dealt with Sam, who throughout the process was really helpful, communicative and knowledgeable. He was straightforward and easy to deal with, and did a great job of keeping everything moving along. The end result was a sale I was very happy with, and the whole process was smooth and quick. Highly recommend.

12th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)We are delighted with our house purchase in Colwall and with the service from Tom and the team. From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.

27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Really friendly and helpful team from start to finish. Communication was often via phone and followed up through email which is what we preferred. Certainly would recommend them to other sellers in the area.
16th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)It was a pleasure to meet Richard and his team, Sharon and Alison. They were very proffesional and easy to deal with. Once we decided to use them, Richard came out to the property, took photos and had it on the market the same day.
1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)They are a wonderful estate agents. The team are amazing!!The pictures that they take of the house are very professional and when you view, you are caught out by thinking that the pictures were made to make the rooms look bigger etc. They had two videos of the property. One is a quick taster and was accompanied by music,a song I will never forget.Travis and Sam done a wonderful job and the second more detailed video,is very precise and professionally done.Sam makes it look effortless. From the viewing with Travis, who is very professional and friendly to Millie and Lynn, who we had dealings with and felt very supportive. I would highly recommend this Estate agents 100 percent.

6th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Jonathan and family are such lovely and approachable estate agents. They’re very understanding and I hope after the works in town they can resume normal business. 1 of the very limited number of honest agents in Leominster.
6th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Compared to other larger agents in the area, it was a pleasure dealing with Kimberley's when purchasing my home. I was able to arrange viewings within 24-48 hours with Ben, something that simply was not possible with other agents and was very refreshing. Ben and Nicole were always prompt and responsive to my emails which I appreciated. I highly recommend Kimberleys.
