11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Property: 8 Benjamin House, Malmers Well Road, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP13 6PE. Disappointing experience with Ryeview Homes. We contacted them about this property and initially the agent who handled our enquiry was kind and professional and arranged a viewing for my partner and me. Shortly after, the manager (Amjid) called and pushed me to visit the property alone the very same day, while also complaining about his own team, which felt unprofessional. I visited the property that afternoon. It was acceptable but quite dated and there was a noticeable mould issue around the windows, which the agent hosting the viewing acknowledged. We made a serious offer: we are a professional couple with stable senior roles and way above average combined income. We offered to treat the mould issue ourselves and proposed paying 6 months’ rent upfront, requesting a modest reduction in rent to reflect the condition of the property. We were told the offer would be presented to the landlord and that we would hear back, but unfortunately we never received any response. As prospective tenants approaching the process seriously and transparently, the lack of follow-up was disappointing. Based on this experience, we would not consider dealing with properties managed by this agency again.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, and I feel remembered, even though I don’t go in that often!

He was friendly, knowledgeable about the local area and checked in throughout the process to keep us informed. Can’t recommend Ballards and especially Charlie more. A professional, friendly company - thank you so much

10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Average experience. Lack of transparency and urgency in completing the sale procedure. It took 6 months from acceptance of offer to complete the deal. Lack of continuity from one person in dealing with customer. Sandeep and Jas were always helpful. Nakhita who was dealing with our case in last few months was very unprofessional and unapproachable, rude , abrupt and at times very disrespectful. Not happy with Nakhita’s behaviour at all. Sandeep was a big help indeed.

We were kept informed at every stage of the process and nothing was too much trouble for them. If we had any problem’s/questions then they were more than happy to find out. From the very beginning, Sue didn’t just ride the waves; she took the wheel and never let up on the gas, making sure we stayed on course no matter how rocky things got. The whole process had its ups and downs, with a few unexpected hurdles along the way, but Sue remained calm, collected, and determined throughout. She didn’t just offer support—she took action, always one step ahead, ensuring we were informed, confident, and prepared for every twist and turn. Her proactive approach kept the sale moving forward, and we genuinely believe that without her unwavering persistence, things would have taken much longer to close.

They kept everything clear and straightforward, answered any questions quickly and made sure everything was completed smoothly and on time. Once his part of the process was complete, Lindsay took over and was equally impressive. She kept me updated every step of the way and responded to my emails almost instantly. What usually feels like a stressful process was incredibly smooth thanks to their expertise. I cannot recommend Trefton and Lindsay enough for anyone looking for a move with a personal touch!"

This week Tash really excelled herself, with a tenancy change and a gap of only a week, between outgoing and incoming tenants and some maintenance issues identified on through the checkout report, Tash swiftly acted on resolving them, by efficiently communicating between me, the landlord, the maintenance service provider and the new incoming tenant. Decisions reached Tash arranged for the works to be completed tomorrow (9th Jan) ready for the new tenants moving in early next week. Great execution Tash and win win for all - happy days, for all concerned!
