27th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I wish i had gone with Andrea years ago. I had tried several local agents in the area over the years. Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.
22nd May 2025 (1 year ago)Chris and Jo from Fenn Wright are both very experienced and professional and certainly know their stuff. They are both very friendly and approachable and were on hand to guide as and when was necessary. I would use them again to sell my house.

We were very impressed with their total professionalism and treated with respect at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and no promises were made that couldn't be kept. This can be a stressful time but it simply wasn't. A huge thank you to Shelley and Chris for all their hard work. We could not have asked for more from the team and matters progressed so smoothly. We would highly recommend them to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you again

2nd May 2026 (9 weeks ago)I sold my house through a separate agent, I was charged probably the going rate, I myself had to do the viewing, chase up and constantly phone them, it was like I was doing all the work, solicitors were the same take your money and offer no support, I bought through Peagrams, and after some initial confusion I went and spoke to them in person at there office, and from then on Amy took control of the situation, and at last I had someone who was honest truthful and on the ball, throughout the whole process I dealt with many people, none of them showed the same professional approach as she did, if I sell my house in the future would 100% use Peagrams, and would recommend to anyone as long as Amy is still there, a credit to your company, she deserves a pay rise.

Within hours he called us with the valuation explaining exactly why it was that price and then explained the process / options and gave us time to work through the the best route to take. An absolute 5* star service and I would not hesitate to contact them to sell my property. Thank you Nick absolutely great service.
21st Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Stoneridge Estate Agents. From start to finish, there was a clear lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic sales progression. We consistently felt that the process was being handled in favour of the buyer, with little regard for us as the sellers. Communication was poor throughout. Emails marked as urgent were not responded to in a timely manner, and updates were vague or lacking altogether. At a critical stage in the transaction, we were left chasing for information that should have been proactively managed by the agent. Most concerning was the failure to properly progress the sale. Key actions, such as chasing solicitors and moving outstanding enquiries forward, were not carried out with the level of urgency expected. This caused unnecessary delays and added significant stress. The buyer’s survey and subsequent renegotiation were also allowed to happen very late in the process, creating avoidable disruption. This should have been addressed much earlier and managed far more effectively. Overall, the handling of this sale was poor and ultimately led to us losing confidence and withdrawing completely. We would not recommend.

Appreciated Rick's time but ultimately decided we are looking elsewhere and know that any of his clients will be well looked after.
