5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

Mark and team in contrast lined up a tonne of viewings within days of the ad going live. I had an offer the next day. Mark kept on top of the process all the way through, oiling the wheels throughout to keep everything on track. A safe and reliable pair of hands. Definitely recommend.

Nothing was too much trouble, and he made sure everything moved along efficiently.<br><br>I can’t recommend Aubury and Finn enough if you’re looking to rent. What stands out most is their maintenance management; any time we had an issue in the apartment, they quickly sent contractors to handle repairs.
