One of the only reliable professionals we had was Heidi. She was the agent for the house we were purchasing and she went above and beyond what she needed to do to help keep the chain moving and get us some answers to what was going on. If we ever move again we would probably use Simon Blyth.

She is always willing to help, go the extra mile and is quick and responsive. It can be quite a stressful experience, but Olivia has ensured that it has been enjoyable and has been clear, calm and helpful the whole way. Highly recommend.

I've lived in this property a little over a year and would recommend Robert Ellis Estate agents fir lettings. The repair team are very quick to get any problems sorted and the whole team really can't do enough to help you.

They made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free, always keeping me informed and providing clear, helpful advice. Their knowledge of the Beeston area and the wider property market was excellent, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled quickly and professionally. Communication was always prompt and reassuring, which made a real difference. I would highly recommend Martin & Co Beeston to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting and estate agent. A truly five-star experience!
6th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)Phoned up to enquire on a property they had advised for sale met with a complete lack of interest from the staff member who was not only rude but dismissive, fortunately the house is advertised with another agent where we have been able to since view the property with no hassle! If you are thinking of selling or looking to buy completely avoid these bunch of clowns.
21st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)I have had multiple experience with the staff here and can honestly say that I would not go anywhere else. The staff are very professional, provide a great service and are very helpful and polite. Having both purchased and sold with whitegates and experienced superb service each time I though it was only fair that I shout about it so that others will know how good they really are. I only ever recommend them (and yes I have tried others in the past, my worst experience being with a company that has an X in there name). Whitegates however have and are always spot on, you wont go wrong using them. Thank you to everyone there for the years of amazing service.

22nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with this agency when attempting to arrange a property viewing. Despite expressing genuine interest, I was refused the opportunity to view the property and found the interaction to be dismissive and unprofessional. The manner in which I was spoken to felt belittling and lacked the basic level of respect you would expect from a professional service provider. What concerns me most is that the treatment felt inconsistent and left me questioning whether I was being treated differently based on my background. Regardless of the reason, no prospective tenant or buyer should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome when making a simple enquiry. I would strongly encourage the agency to reflect on their customer service approach and ensure all individuals are treated fairly, respectfully, and in line with their obligations under the Equality Act 2010. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services.

They conducted all our viewings, were punctual, provided the potential buyer with all the information required and followed up with a valuable and detailed feedback report within 24hrs. On the one occasion we had to refuse a viewing, they were kind, understanding and always very positive. Without doubt, the best estate agent we have ever used.

17th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)Recently sold a property with these, I honestly can’t recommend them enough . From the initial valuation right up until the day of the sale the whole team were amazing. The team kept in contact effectively and aired their opinions on proceedings and offer advice to aid with the sale. All questions I had (no matter how stupid) were answered in a friendly professional manner. All viewings on the property were booked and handled by the team and feedback was honest and delivered in a timely manner. Not once was I pressured or hassled into using any of their services but was advised of the services they offered . All the team seemed to be in the loop of the progression so was able to responded to all queries no matter the day I contacted them. 100% these guys would be my first port of call if I was to sell a property again in future.

18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

Sam was amazing at showing viewings round, great local knowledge and really listened about specific house details. Overall the whole team have been wonderful and cannot fault their knowledge, listing or communication. Wonderful experience, would highly recommend
