5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!
15th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)We rented a flat in Greenwich via Daniel Watney for the past year and a half, before we relocated to the other side of London. I would not hesitate to rent from them again. The team were friendly and attentive, and the few repairs we needed during our time there were fixed very quickly. The end of tenancy process was smooth. They let us break out of our tenancy 3 weeks early, and we received our full deposit back too. Would recommend them!

From start to finish, the whole process was incredibly smooth and stress-free.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout. A special thank you to Nick, who I dealt with directly. He was super helpful, friendly, and professional at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made sure everything moved along efficiently.<br><br>I can’t recommend Aubury and Finn enough if you’re looking to rent. A genuinely great experience from a reliable and supportive team.

We met with a number of estate agents but immediately could tell that something was different, more honest and personal when first meeting Paul. They also had comforting evidence of selling properties fast within the area. We experienced great communication throughout the process and this personal approach really helped negotiate and seek alternative options when a few unforeseen circumstances arose up and down the chain, keeping everyone calm and then pushing when they needed to. We’d definitely recommend the team at Samuel Estates to anyone in Streatham/Norbury and surrounding areas that they cover.- 8th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Amazing agency, in particular Mr. Giancarlo. 13th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Avoid Chante - Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service! I am writing this review to save others from the incredibly frustrating experience I had dealing with Chante at Johns & Co. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and misleading. On several occasions, she said she would “call the landlord” and implied urgency due to another offer being made on the property. However, the flat had reportedly been on the market for months with no interest until we became involved. The pressure tactics felt dishonest and unnecessary. Communication was one of the biggest issues. Messages would often go unanswered for long periods, which makes it extremely difficult to plan viewings in London’s fast-paced rental market. After repeated follow-ups and pushback, we finally agreed on a viewing. I travelled 1.5 hours specifically to attend. I arrived five minutes early at 7:40am and asked where we should meet. I was told she was waiting for a colleague to drop off keys. I then waited outside for 30 minutes. Instead of proceeding with the viewing, she decided to return to her office because she had a meeting to attend - effectively leaving without conducting the viewing. No proper apology, no professional handling of the situation. It is not normal or acceptable to deflect, mislead, ghost clients, or waste someone’s time in this way. I am sharing this so others can make an informed decision before engaging with her. I also hope Johns & Co management take this feedback seriously and address the standard of service being delivered.

He was efficient, communicated clearly, and kept me regularly updated throughout. I always knew what was happening and what the next steps were, which gave me real confidence in the process. He also took the time to explain everything along the way, which I really appreciated. A big thank you as well to Charity, who was very kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. Overall, a very positive experience and I’m really grateful for all the support from the team at Cow & Co.

What stands out most is their maintenance management; any time we had an issue in the apartment, they quickly sent contractors to handle repairs. They have also been very flexible with our needs over the years. A truly professional team.
