She's real, caring, and very down to earth. It's almost like there is no boundary between her and the tenant. Complete empathy. After a really bad experience with another estate agent, I feel truly blessed. Greenstone Estate Agents are so humane in their approach. They treat tenants with respect. 8th Mar 2022 (4 years ago)Had a great experience with Aggie who showed us around the flat and then helped us with all paperwork. She was very flexible and quick to respond. She also helped us to get the keys at 9am on move in day rather than 3pm.
24th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Disgraceful staff member called Ash, extremely rude and evasive when speaking to. One of the slimiest worst estate agents there is, thinks he knows better than anyone else and is arrogant, massively toxic and reeks of bad practises. Would avoid as far as you can from Ash, he can’t even answer basic questions without being flummoxed at the simplest question. Also tries to conceal the truth on numerous occasions, but gets there if you press hard enough looool

Josh has so much experience and was always available to respond to any queries we had quickly and efficiently when my son recently purchased a flat with his support. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent both with us and our solicitor. Highly recommend them!
2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Excellent customer service! In early January I spotted an apartment for rent — it was exactly what I was looking for in terms of location, price, and everything else. I contacted Ruben via WhatsApp, and he called me back immediately. The viewing was arranged for the next day. I visited the apartment and it was love at first sight. As I’m not English, I wasn’t very familiar with the rental process in London. Ruben took the time to explain everything, was super efficient, and always available whenever I had questions. Within 24 hours he told me the landlord had agreed in principle to my offer, and the formal process began. Thuraya Al-Haidari then handled everything — again, always helpful and attentive. I wanted to change the sofa, the bed linen, etc., and the team negotiated with the landlord so that everything could be arranged for my comfort. On the day I moved in, the apartment was spotless — and there was even a little bouquet of flowers! I have to say that before this I was renting just around the corner through Draker, and there’s simply no comparison — here they truly care about their clients, not just their wallets as at Draker. A big thank you to the whole team Thuraya and Ruben MERCI !!!

22nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Wilfords go above and beyond for property management, undertaking additional unexpected tasks when the delivery company did not deliver the boxes - hence they had to go out and find boxes urgently, and they did all my packing, which the delivery company was supposed to do. Highly recommended and special thanks to Rupert and Henry, who organised everything.

They are, without doubt, one of the best letting agencies I’ve come across in London in a long time. A special mention goes to Koyer, who truly stood out throughout my stay. He made the entire experience incredibly comfortable — always approachable, responsive at any time of the day, and remarkably efficient at getting things sorted. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to making tenants feel at ease, and Koyer is exactly that kind of person. 9th Apr 2026 (30 days ago)Daniel and his team took over the sale of our property from another agent and within 8 days we accepted an offer (asking price). Following on from being under offer, Alice has spent hours and hours updating us on every step of the sale. We have not had to chase them for anything, as they have been absolutely amazing. I have already passed on Daniel’s details to a few friends, looking to sell soon. I can’t recommend them enough. Don’t waste your time with the other, bigger agents. They are a small team and incredibly dedicated. Thank you for everything Daniel & the team.

Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and he always goes out of his way to make sure everything is sorted quickly and efficiently. For example, whenever there have been any issues or questions, Daniel has dealt with them straight away and kept us updated, which really gives peace of mind. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. He makes a big difference to the building and creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

4th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.
