13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Druce was the management company for the property I was in for the last year.<br><br>First, the process for submitting maintenance requests is easy and requests are dealt with quickly. Second, my specific property manager (Adam M) was fantastic. I had just relocated to the UK and was on a steep learning curve, so I really appreciated that he always went above and beyond to be available, pleasant, patient, helpful, and empathetic. Couldn’t ask for a better manager.<br><br>The move-out process was easy and smooth - no complaints whatsoever.
5th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)I started looking for an apartment on Bank Holiday Monday in late May. I was delighted to encounter the team at Dexters who were keen to assist. I was greeted by Cory who I found to be interested in me and my criteria. A great conversation followed by a number of viewings facilitated across the patch. During the viewings I received a professional yet really personable response, great knowledge and confidence building for me as it is my first time renting and everything was new to me. I had so many questions and when Corey and I realised that I wished to expand my criteria, Corey facilitated alternatives and despite his having other customers to deal with intermittently I was able to receive a truly comprehensive service from him. We viewed 7 properties that day, I was so impressed to have achieved so much in one day, Luke also assisted in answering my queries later in the day and provided me with furniture rental information to help me consider all cost planning when considering furnished and unfurnished options. I got a superb service from Dexters and thank Corey particularly for making me feel comfortable, providing all the information I needed and providing me so many great opportunities to view in one day! Superb. Impressed by the follow up connection from him also. Brilliant job Corey and Luke.- 8th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)I rented a flat with Home Fullstop whilst I was a master’s student at Imperial. The team including Karim and Daisy were great to deal with right from the start. I needed a flat quite soon before starting my course, and they were able to quickly begin the tenancy and arrange the move in process within a few days.<br><br>Throughout my stay, Karim and the maintenance team were very knowledgeable and able to quickly fix any issues that came up.<br><br>Would highly recommend!

Akbar was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and was always responsive to our questions. He was readily available, even over weekends when needed. He guided us through each step clearly and ensured everything progressed smoothly. The handover and move in process was seamless, and all the necessary formalities were handled efficiently. We really appreciated his professionalism, reliability, and support, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for assistance in finding a property.

Whenever I had any questions, concerns or maintenance issues during my tenancy, the team responded very quickly and made sure everything was dealt with promptly. I really appreciated that I never had to keep chasing them — they were always responsive and helpful.<br><br>Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, polite and approachable, which made the whole renting experience much easier and less stressful. It was clear that they genuinely cared about resolving any issues and making sure everything was running smoothly.<br><br>They also use the Goodlord platform, which made the tenancy process, documents and payments straightforward and well organised. At the end of my tenancy, the checkout and deposit return process was also handled without any problems.<br><br>Overall, I was very happy renting through this company. The team were professional, reliable and pleasant to deal with throughout my tenancy. Thank you to everyone there for making my experience so positive. 18th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)We bought our first home property by Plaza Estates through Rodney Symington estate agent. Rodney ticked all the boxes from our first viewing. Humble, agile, reachable, kind, informative are all qualities that came through in the process. He sees through the buyer's lens as well, not just the seller's. Usually when you kick off conveyancing for a property you're purchasing, estate agents will fall off the grid. Rodney was present every step of the way, facilitating matters when they stalled with the seller's solicitor in a kind, polite and professional matter to keep the ball rolling. Rodney, thank you for making this buying experience in London pleasant for us as first time buyers. For those out there looking to buy or sell, I cannot recommend enough Rodney and Plaza Estates. They will be our first choice in the future.

Where do I even start … I first chanced upon Hugh F Shaw and team when I was looking for a rental in the Marylebone area, ended up being their tenant for 3 years and have just bought my first property through them so it truly feels like a full circle moment! Marc, Gary and Irvine have been truly incredible throughout - renting (and now buying) through them was extremely smooth and they are always super kind, attentive, responsive and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend their services and would definitely give the maximum stars I could for the excellent service ?????????? And once again thank you all for your help throughout this whole time!

18th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)Having shopped here over many years, I recommended you to a friend whom I accompanied and was appalled by the lack of interest we received. I had to ask for assistance and upon the purchase by my friend of a sofa the person concerned showed little interest in the sale and sat behind her computer for the duration. My friend who purchased the sofa says he will not be returning to your shop. He was also quoted one price for delivery of £50 which on delivery was £85.

15th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)Lords Estates came highly recommended to me by a number of people who have bought and sold property via Lords, so I didn't hesitate to sell through them. I was so grateful for the personal touch they offer, keeping me informed all the way and having my best interests at heart. They made sure that I was happy with proceedings at every stage, only giving me advice when I asked. After the sale went live, I was bombarded with letters from other Estate Agents, which only confirmed to me even more that I had made the right choice! It seems that even Solicitors are impressed by the dedication and care which Lords Estate offer their clients, which speaks volumes in their favour. I was also pleasantly surprised at the fee they charge, especially considering all the work they've done on my behalf. I have already recommended them further and can only wish the company further success!

10th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)The best agency anyone could work with in London! I have been with Castlereagh Properties for the past two years and all I can say was perfect service. All the agents, especially Louise, are always on alert if you need anything as a tenant. They have helped me with the move in and move out documents and all the account openings I need to have. Additionally, the agency always supports any maintenance required within the apartment. Truly amazing service, they made my two years in London unforgettable and super comfortable!!

They have always found good quality tenants and are always there to answer any tricky questions. I love that we have been dealing with the same contacts for over a decade too. They really know their stuff. Most recently they found a buyer for the property and we received over the asking price. All beautifully managed by Jane.
