Claire and her team gave me a very realistic valuation and expectation of what the market was at the time. We set out the strategy to sell the property and the incredibly proactive Emmie got me an incredible offer just a few weeks after putting it on the market. Emmie was incredibly helpful in bridging the gap between me and the buyer and she was resolute and fast in getting the deal over the line to completion, helping me deal with all the parties involved. I am very happy with how it all went.

He was professional, friendly, and really helpful throughout the viewing process, taking the time to answer our questions and making everything feel straightforward and stress-free. There were some tricky moments, but they did all they could to keep communication open, to advise and direct, and to be there when I lost my patience! I can't thank them enough for both their professionalism and their kindness. A great team!

I've been really impressed with the excellent service provided from start to finish. I'd really like to commend Peter Kasicki. One of the best agents I've ever used. He's really responsive and knowledgable. 3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Aviod!!!!! Checkin all good, but the property management team is useless. We had a moulding dishwasher and takes weeks to get it fixed (by us contacting the provider). They will try anything to grab your deposit , we are disputing on DPS

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)AVOID AT ALL COST. All they want is completion and they will push you so hard it literally can ruin your normal life. And when you get the key after the endless pushing, you will be frustrated with this - a property not accounted for at all, different from what you’ve seen, and of course, this is after completion and they will say this is not their responsibility. This’s totally scam. Avoid unless you want to have bad, pushy and disappointing experiences when you are cheerfully buying your property.
