2nd Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Absolutely terrible service here especially from the team leader Sophie. They found me the worst tenants possible who trashed my house. I can get past that but the service from this team is the worst part. They charge you finders fee and management fees however a tenant breaks the contract and leaves early and there is no support. Instead they want to charge you again for finding another tenant. Nobody comes back to you have to constantly chase them for updates. I would not use them if it was a free service again.

The whole process from beginning to end has been extremely seamless.<br><br>John came round to value our house and take photos ready to be put on the market. The write up on our property and the photos taken were second to none.<br><br>We had viewings booked in on the day our property went live and sold on the 1st day of viewings. Lee who done the viewings was fantastic when showing people around and had a genuine passion to want to sell your property.<br><br>After accepting an offer, Connor, with the help of Angela in his absence, we're brilliant at chasing the chain and solicitors for updates for both our sale and purchase.<br><br>I would 100% use Hawkesford James again. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Lewis Wood who dealt with our viewings was extremely helpful and professional and when we did decide not to proceed he was very understanding and empathetic. Very impressed with the whole experience. 14th Jun 2026 (22 days ago)Over the last eighteen months, I’ve had to sell three properties and chose to list all three with Your Move Ramsgate, jointly with Miles & Barr. While Miles & Barr were pleasant and personable with me… and I’m sure used their best efforts to find buyers, it turned out that all three were eventually sold (to completion) by Your Move, Ramsgate. All along, they achieved about three times more viewings than M&B. When first listing them, Joe was very knowledgeable of the market, then Terry was efficiently on top of the selling and sales-progression of all three. The last sale dragged a little because of a conveyance delay the next link down the chain, but then Callum, at Ramsgate (who was dealing with that link), put the right pressure onto the conveyancer, to get it finally tied up. All of my communications with the whole branch, even team members unrelated to the sale, were efficient and instilled confidence. I’d definitely recommend Your Move to anyone thinking of selling in Ramsgate. Well done, team!

She went beyond expextations from start to finish, includind taking accurate measurements of the lounge and the bedroom-including door widths! This helped me plan fitting my furniture. As I had my delivery around 9.30am in the morning of my moving day, she brought the keys by walking from the office. I can fully endorse Honey and look forward to working with her again as a tenant or a landlord. Thank you Honey and Mann Countrywide!

Nick from the Canterbury office was covering for a colleague so had to travel to Herne Bay & was absolutely brilliant!! He was professional, friendly & supportive throughout the process. He talked me through, & took me through the photography process easily, naturally & confidently and it was so interesting to see how it works! We have indoor cats that mean the world to us & Nick was so respectful & understanding of this and I really appreciate it. Also, I’d like to say a huge thank you to Harvey from Herne Bay who has been incredible. He’s such a genuine guy with real enthusiasm for what he does & it absolutely shines through. He’s been consistently supportive & helpful and is making what is realistically a stressful time a lot easier! Rueben from Herne Bay was also extremely polite & professional on our initial first visit to the house that we hope to own! He’s been really communicative & has kept me in the loop with progress so far. I feel people are far too quick to complain these days but rarely compliment, so I wanted to share my experience as the guys are all amazing and an absolute credit! Cris.
