We had a bumpy process with solicitors etc. but Karen was there every step of the way and was key to help us moving in good time. Even after the sale they checked in to see how we are getting on. We can not thank them enough and will definitely be in touch for our next steps on the ladder!!

From day one, they’ve always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Lisa is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that tenants feel heard and looked after. Any issues I’ve had over the years have been addressed promptly and with real attention to detail. It’s rare to find a property management team that truly values both the property and the people living in it — but Lisa and her team really do. I feel lucky to be renting through them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly agency.
31st May 2024 (1 year ago)The Sales Team at Colebrook Sturrock in Sandwich are biased, disrespectful and seem to lack the skills required to handle negotiations with tact. When we found out that the house we wanted had been suddenly taken off the market the year before, we asked for the current owners to confirm that they would still sell to us if their onward purchase fell through for any reason, i.e. would they consider moving into rented accommodation? This is an extremely common request and one that we had fulfilled in the sale of our own property however, Philip King (Sales Manager), had the audacity to call us naive for merely suggesting it. Given how much money can be spent on searches and surveys before exchange of contracts, we wanted some assurance that we weren't going to meet the same fate as the previous potential buyer. The negotiations after our viewing were simply embarrassing and we were shocked that Colebrook Sturrock entertained some of the proposed sale conditions from the sellers. For example, they had requested a £10,000 non-refundable payment in the event that we decide to withdraw from the purchase and this was even before they had accepted our offer, and before we had the opportunity to request searches and inspections An estate agent with any sense of integrity would understand that such a request straddles the line of ethics this early on in a transaction. Anyhow, later on but immediately after we received our mortgage offer we requested access for a Homebuyer Survey. Sarah (another member of the sales team) was extremely rude and suggested that we had left it to the last minute to commission a survey and asked if we had made the sellers aware that we wanted one. She reiterated that the sellers wanted to exchange contracts at this point and we felt this was an attempt to rush through the entire process. They knew very well that we had only just received our mortgage offer. Firstly, a survey is the next logical step after receiving a mortgage offer so it should have come as no surprise to the agent, and secondly, in line with their own policy, any communications between the buyers and sellers should be made through them. Why would they not consider that we would want to commission a survey for a 44 year old home? Lynne (sales team) also felt it necessary to advise us that surveys are not compulsory and we again felt this was an attempt to rush us through the process. We then had a bit of back and forth regarding inspections for the gas and electricity because the sellers couldn't tell us when they were last safety checked. This coincided with a request from us to bring completion forward by a week so that we may take advantage of a reduction in land tax. Lynne was rather aggressive in her approach to us and passed on that the sellers would only agree to that if we exchanged contracts in the following two days and as such, leaving us no time to book safety checks and review the reports. Had we not have loved the property so much, we would not have have continued on with Colebrook Sturrock. It was very clear that they were over familiar with the sellers and it reflected in their level of professionalism throughout the transaction. If you're an experienced buyer who knows how to negotiate, Colebrook Sturrock will not be able to meet your needs and are sure to disappoint. They do not value buyers, only sellers. Do your research and look elsewhere.

They're constant updates, clear communication, patient and understanding. Especially lady Louise that lady really know her job. Very professional, patient and Queen of updates. What blew my mind about Andrews Property Group was how fast they operate. They use only 72 hours to do everything. From viewing to securing the property, to reference to pay and then waited for moved in date . Was now drama, I remember when I got the house I told me college at work and when I'm moving in and she whaaat, Grace can you gave me their contact and I said say. Because they really deserve recommendation for They're amazing job. My partner was traveling but wanted to get me the place before he leave and gist what ,lady Louise and Andrews Property Group did for us . I said it before and I'm saying it again, Andrews Property Group company is my first ever house Agency who gave me stressless moving in. And they make sure our move in is smoothly and stress free by sending me i link to help me go through all my utilities. That's was wonderful and perfect idea. I work on the 12th December 2025.the day we moved into Property without any stress because of lady Louise and Andrews Property Group perfect and professional job.we are forever grateful.

29th Dec 2020 (5 years ago)Fine and Country we ok but I feel they could have been better........ The photos were taken in the winter but the house didn't get marked until June because of the pandemic. We felt that the external photographs did not show the house at its best, this was also commented on by a couple of viewings, therefore we discussed this with Fine and Country - their response was "well you approved the photos" . In light of this and having a limited viewings I took it upon myself to take my own photographys with my iPad which I emailed to Fine and Country and requested the pictures to be swapped.

A very impressive feat given how tough the market is for sellers at the moment! They're extremely helpful, friendly people to deal with and did a great job of liaising between my mother and the buyer. To top it all off, their fees are much lower than most local estate agents. I'll definitely use Bromley Property Company when I sell my own property. Huge thanks, Stuart and Lewis!

13th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Well what can I say, we purchased a property from Andrew and Co, it was a very complicated Sales lots of issues, Natalie and Trina were so helpful, they were constantly chasing for us when it wasn't down to them to do. It took 5 months and 1 day to move in and on the day of moving, it was actually Trina's day off and she came and found us at the property while we were waiting to get the keys in the rain and phoned round everyone to speed it up, without her doing this it would have been another hour. I just want to say a big thank you for everything you both did. Lisa and Lee

They were helpful, honest, and never pushy, which made the whole process far less stressful than I expected. No pressure tactics, just clear guidance throughout and even support after completion. I pressed the urgency on call, the person acknowledged that I called 2 times earlier, but no one had any information on the property i looked for, neither bothered calling back.

6th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Absolutely wonderful, is not an understatement to describe the Hunters team especially Michelle, who wisked out her magic wand and became my fairy godmother, herding all the cats, (solicitors), in line and pushing the sale and purchase over the line. All of the Hunters team couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, guiding us through the process, and despite all my silly questions, never loosing their cheery smiles and 'it will be ok we got this' attitude. I'd give them 7 stars if I could and definitely recommend them all, thank you so so much for all your help.

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
