31st Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)We used Linay and Shipp for selling our house and buying a new house, and were very impressed by their service right from the start to finish. Every staff is helpful and lovely, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They provided a professional photographer taking high quality photos for our property, and we had three viewing requests within two hours after the property listed. They were also very good with dealing with different types of buyers, and really stood up for us when there were unreasonable requests. They helped us manage the tedious conveyancing process: chasing solicitors and providing us with regular update in terms of what is going on. They made the whole house selling process much less stressful. In terms of finding our new home, they were very engaging in showing us the property, and were patient in answering all our questions. We requested two more viewings of the property after made an offer, and they were just as patient and helpful as we haven’t made an offer. In fact, we have learnt lots of great ideas on property improvements from them, and are implementing some of them right now. A big thank you to Breda, Jacqui, Lucy, Debbie and Helen for taking good care of us throughout the whole process, and we would recommend to them to anyone in a heartbeat!
11th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.- 15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Outstanding Estate agents, professional and helpful from the outset. She was always happy to assist, kept me updated and consistently got in touch whenever a suitable property became available. I really appreciated her help and time taken to assist me.

He was incredibly upfront about the current poor market conditions, choosing integrity over a quick pitch.<br><br>His market knowledge is truly outstanding, and the boutique, one-on-one service he provides makes a massive difference. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee. I would 100% recommend using Pullen estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property in a swift and efficient manor. Thanks again Tom!
