27th Sep 2019 (6 years ago)Unprofessional, dishonest, complete luck of understanding of personal circumstances. Ryan was showing me the property and he was very nice and professional, however foe a week I was told that I would get the answer to my offer today. In stead of saying that they have lined up someone for a property Niamh has lied about not being able to get in touch with a landlady for over 10 days and suddenly when new people made an offer she was asking what my offer was and managed to get hold of the landlady (apparently she was trying every day, but how could she if apparently she didn't know what my offer was?!). I was lucky enough to find actually a better property with an estate agency who is in completely different league (premier) and Proctor (in Chatterton Village) doesn't belong to any.
16th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)We used proctors in petts wood to both rent out a property and then to sell. Nick made the process very easy. He found us fantastic tenants and made renting a simple process with no issues . When we later on sold the property he was fantastic. In fact the whole process just took a few months. He found a buyer quickly and helped explain anything to us that we did not understand. From start to finish proctors have been brilliant. And I highly recommend them for tenancies and selling| buying.
31st Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)We used Linay and Shipp for selling our house and buying a new house, and were very impressed by their service right from the start to finish. Every staff is helpful and lovely, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They provided a professional photographer taking high quality photos for our property, and we had three viewing requests within two hours after the property listed. They were also very good with dealing with different types of buyers, and really stood up for us when there were unreasonable requests. They helped us manage the tedious conveyancing process: chasing solicitors and providing us with regular update in terms of what is going on. They made the whole house selling process much less stressful. In terms of finding our new home, they were very engaging in showing us the property, and were patient in answering all our questions. We requested two more viewings of the property after made an offer, and they were just as patient and helpful as we haven’t made an offer. In fact, we have learnt lots of great ideas on property improvements from them, and are implementing some of them right now. A big thank you to Breda, Jacqui, Lucy, Debbie and Helen for taking good care of us throughout the whole process, and we would recommend to them to anyone in a heartbeat!

Their knowledge of the local housing market and ability to quickly arrange potential reliable buyers was impressive. Once the sale was agreed the management of all the paperwork and communication was exemplary and useful when potential issues, out of our command, down the short chain arose. Any queries were answered promptly Overall very pleased we chose to select AdM and many thanks to Philippa, James, Lisa and David.

She has proactively chased multiple parties, kept momentum when things stalled, and made sure everyone stayed aligned so the sale could progress. What really stood out was her consistency — replying early, late, after hours, even while unwell — simply because she didn’t want my mum or the chain to lose pace. That level of dedication is rare in any industry, let alone one as stressful as property sales.<br><br>Sophie’s personable nature, empathy, and genuine care made a difficult process far easier for both of us. She treated my mum with patience and kindness, and she kept me updated at every stage without ever being asked. The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee. I would 100% recommend using Pullen estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property in a swift and efficient manor. Thanks again Tom!
