Nothing was too much trouble for him and he replied to all our queries in a calm and efficient manner. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ben at Farrell Heyworth in Garstang, he is very pleasant to deal with.- 5th Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)Difficult run down property to sell, but Farrell & Heyworth packed in the viewings, and staffed followed up any sniffs of a offer vociferously. We can't say Thank you enough. If we ever move from here we would use you. But hoping no more moves. Thanks again . All I can say is they are top notch. I cannot praise them highly enough. 29th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)A thank you just doesnt seem enough! We have recently sold our home with Property Shop Accrington and they are beyond amazing! We had a negative time with the previous agents and things just changed massively when we moved to Property Shop. From valuation, to all the viewings and the amazing customer service provided by Beth. We were always kept updated and i genuinely felt Beth wanted the best for us, she was always available to answer questions and always kept us in the loop, she is a real trooper and so friendly & polite. The same goes for the other staff and also Natalie in completions, always friendly and efficient, nothing ever too much trouble. The staff are a credit to this place. We have been so happy from start to finish! Thank you x

6th Jun 2026 (30 days ago)My experience of this estate agents was very poor. I had to pull out of the sale due to the incompetence of this estate agents as well as the vendor which I understand is not the agents full responsibility. The property in question was a flat in which mortgages would not be approved due to legal complications. My solicitor explained that the vendor would have been fully aware of this before putting the property on the market. My complaint with this estate agents is the misinformation I was given, I was told a service charge largely inaccurate of the actual fee, I was mislead about the vendors actions regarding payment of legal matters, staff told me the vendor had paid a substantial amount and legal matters were solved, 6 weeks later my solicitor informed me this was false information. The whole process felt rushed and unprofessional, from the deadlines being imposed on me in order to make a quick sale, to the rude telephone manner by the female staff, even viewing the property to measure up the agent arrived late and I felt rushed to make measurements and have a good look at the property. In all I have wasted over 4 months of my time to find an home and lost a large amount of money on solicitor fees and mortgage broker fees. What’s also sad to see is the property straight back on the market and some other person will be messed around by this estate agents. In all I had high hopes of this estate agents upon reading reviews but after my experience I would advise to avoid Ince Williamson indefinitely.

She was warm, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right property. Right from the start, she made both of us feel completely comfortable and supported. Throughout the entire process, the customer service from the whole team was exceptional. What really stood out to us was their attention to detail and those thoughtful, personal touches that made the experience feel special, even down to the beautiful property brochure. Every stage demonstrated a level of professionalism and dedication that exceeded our expectations. Buying a home is notoriously stressful, but they helped make the whole journey exciting and smooth for us. The communication was excellent, and we truly felt valued and supported every step of the way. We are absolutely overjoyed to be in our forever home, and we are incredibly grateful to Anne-Marie and everyone at Lune Valley Estates for making it happen. Their personal approach and outstanding service really set them apart, and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to any other buyers looking for an estate agent who goes above and beyond.

Always going above and beyond, communicating to all parties at all times with constant updates. I particularly loved my sales brochure. 7th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)The property I am renting has a leaking kitchen ceiling and a boiler that drops pressure at least a couple of times a week. I reported the issues for repairs months ago but I am still waiting for a response and a fix. Feels like poor customer service to me.
