Nothing was too much trouble for him and he replied to all our queries in a calm and efficient manner. Frank gave some very good advice regarding the price of the flat and things I could do to make it more saleable and Jackie in the office was a star keeping me informed with regular updates as the sale was progressing . I would thoroughly recommend

We had a negative time with the previous agents and things just changed massively when we moved to Property Shop. From valuation, to all the viewings and the amazing customer service provided by Beth. We were always kept updated and i genuinely felt Beth wanted the best for us, she was always available to answer questions and always kept us in the loop, she is a real trooper and so friendly & polite. The same goes for the other staff and also Natalie in completions, always friendly and efficient, nothing ever too much trouble. The staff are a credit to this place. We have been so happy from start to finish! Thank you x

Moving into a new property can be stressful, especially when unexpected issues arise, and my new home unfortunately had several hidden defects that weren't visible at first glance.<br>?However, the agency and their wonderful maintenance team handled everything perfectly. They truly went above and beyond to get the house back in order. I would like to give a special shout-out to Mathew for his exceptional support—he managed to organize an urgent repair for a burst pipe in the wall over the weekend. His quick response and professionalism were a lifesaver.<br>?It is rare to find such a dedicated and reliable team.
