Excellent communication all the way through. Very proffessional and helpful and overall really quuck sale. Very good price to sell and good value for money compared to other estate agents. Mairead was very attentive to our needs and went out of her way to identify the kind of properties that suited our preferences. She arranged viewings outside business hours to accommodate our busy work schedules and was always smiling and ready to give advice and tips ranging from the most mundane to complex issues with the solicitors. We were made to feel more like family than clients. Our deal reached completion within 4 months. I would highly recommend this team.

16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Roberts&Co were very friendly, however they talk a far superior game to the one they play. Proper screening of people to view as well as collation of post viewing feedback was poor to non existing. They were unable to advise on anything to help improve the chances of attracting viewers other than moving photos about on the listing or reducing the price. Very reactive and not pro-active. Had to pay £480 to exit the contract early even though they admitted they have underperformed for us.
31st May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Don’t ever use dewhurst homes and avoid at all costs A property that we loved recently went up for sale We agreed a visit When we got to the visit the person showing us around had no clue on the property, the onward chain and couldn’t answer basic of questions, not there fault at all. More on the company sending her out when she specialises in rentals, we then put a bid forward and told it was rejected. We then proceeded to put a second offer in, they called us and said our first offer rejected no word on the second offer, we told them the second offer and was told oh this would be rejected and basically laughed down the phone. Third offer sent and same again told it wouldn’t be accepted, we then went above asking price and was told by Dewhurst homes the seller had accepted much higher but not responding so our offer is accepted, we agreed a mortgage and conveyancer and now been told sorry we’ve gone back to original person as been back in touch. Please avoid and take care if having any dealings with these rats

4th Jun 2026 (4 weeks ago)On market for 6 months. Had mark as our sale advisor. Had around 10 viewings but no offer was received. Overall can't fault imove. Knowledgable about the area and was always engaged with communication and updates.
1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Im not best pleased with the way you have advertised a bungalow to rent on moorland road langho .it is not at all like pictures on your advert . The photos make it look really nice . I travelled from wrexham to langho to be greeted by a tree almost blocking the entrance and the state of the bungalow left a lot to be desired it was not as we were led to believe ready to move into ..the landlord was there fitting a carpet .he was a loverly man .<br>I think the way it was advertised was from photos years ago . And to my mind was false representation. To spend 3 hours travelling was a waste of my time had I k ow it wasn't ready for letting I wouldn't have viewed it and wasted my time .- 12th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Property value was accurate and advertising very thorough. Communication was good albeit we are awaiting further information on the sale.

16th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have used Move Holmes since they opened and before that I used two rental agents that Debbie worked for. I have always been extremely happy with the level of care and service I receive as a landlord. All the staff are very helpful and work hard to find the best tenant. If I have problems or queries they are only too willing to advise me. Their level of care is amazing!! If you are looking for a first class agent I fully recommend Move Holmes.

16th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)We can not praise Peter , James and Eve enough during what is a stressful time. We bought one house and sold two houses within 6 months . They were very professional , courteous and friendly too. Which made approaching them easy. Nothing was to much trouble . So much so that I feel I have made a little friend with Eve . I would definitely use Unquie again and recommend anyone that is thinking of selling or buying to use them . Thank you to you all at Unique for making a stressful time less stressful .

They worked hard to keep things moving and keep us updated throughout. Moving house can be stressful so it's important to be in good hands and we certainly felt like we were. Thanks to Leanne, Harry and the wider team for helping us to secure our dream home!

I recently sold my house through the Blackburn office team and they were fantastic, always reachable when I needed to speak to anyone, and everyone in that team always go the extra mile. We also bought our new home through Stones Young Clitheroe, and again both Sarah and Jack were brilliant, the exceptional and consistent service is what makes them the best in the area, and the management team should be very proud.
