The team were friendly, welcoming and made everything really straightforward.<br><br>What really stood out was the unexpected new home gift box waiting for me when I collected the keys. Such a thoughtful touch and something you definitely don’t expect from an estate agent. It’s the little things like that which leave a lasting impression!<br><br>Looking forward to transforming this property and hopefully working with the team again on future projects. Highly recommend if you’re buying or selling on the Fylde Coast. ?

Excellent communication all the way through. Very proffessional and helpful and overall really quuck sale. Very good price to sell and good value for money compared to other estate agents. 4th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)We found the whole team at Farrow & Farrow very polite and helpful. The whole selling process is very emotive and the advice given about marketing and presenting our property was incredibly beneficial. The house write up by Peter was exceptional and the photographs by Emma showed the property off perfectly. Along side a powerful marketing video using photos, video and drones. Viewings held by Emma were informative and her ability to remember all the details was outstanding. The house is a unique 250yr old converted farmhouse in the challenging top end of the market therefore took some time to sell but all the team remained encouraging and worked tirelessly to find a buyer. Peter even took time to show us all the aspects of how they promote and sell properties which was encouraging for us. Somehow as busy as they are we always felt apart of the process and we were delighted of course when a new buyer was found. We cannot thank the team enough for helping sell our property.
16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Roberts&Co were very friendly, however they talk a far superior game to the one they play. Proper screening of people to view as well as collation of post viewing feedback was poor to non existing. They were unable to advise on anything to help improve the chances of attracting viewers other than moving photos about on the listing or reducing the price. Very reactive and not pro-active. Had to pay £480 to exit the contract early even though they admitted they have underperformed for us.

28th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)I've called about 8 times and gotten through once.<br><br>Had to go through the Preston office to get Fulwood to call me back even after leaving Fulwood a voicemail.<br><br>Once I actually got through to Fulwood to organise a viewing, they said they'd speak to the vendor (doing their own viewings) and get back to me. That was a week ago, still heard nothing.

Teresa and Saul are amazing they are a joy to interact with and have always resolved any issues that have arisen. Any maintenance that has been needed has been dealt with quickly and they are happy to help with any queries or concerns you have. I honestly can't recommend the staff I mentioned previously enough.

I have always been extremely happy with the level of care and service I receive as a landlord. All the staff are very helpful and work hard to find the best tenant. If I have problems or queries they are only too willing to advise me. Their level of care is amazing!! If you are looking for a first class agent I fully recommend Move Holmes.

16th Apr 2026 (19 weeks ago)We can not praise Peter , James and Eve enough during what is a stressful time. We bought one house and sold two houses within 6 months . They were very professional , courteous and friendly too. Which made approaching them easy. Nothing was to much trouble . So much so that I feel I have made a little friend with Eve . I would definitely use Unquie again and recommend anyone that is thinking of selling or buying to use them . Thank you to you all at Unique for making a stressful time less stressful .

They worked hard to keep things moving and keep us updated throughout. Moving house can be stressful so it's important to be in good hands and we certainly felt like we were. It was a difficult transaction due to issues outside of the Agents control yet they remained helpful and supportive throughout.
