11th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)I have just bought my house with Sue Bridges, very impressed with the quality of service from Alison and Sue. I was kept up to date with exactly what was going on, with quick returns on emails and by phone. Professional and friendly service, would definitely recommend????

19th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)After five long months of stress, we finally moved out of our property on January 27th 2025.We had no help from Neil Wright whatsoever.We did all the negotiations with our buyer ourselves.Feedback on initial viewings was poor or none existent.Requests for telephone calls from them, were ignored, even after calling into the office.Neither our Solicitor or ourselves heard anything from them until two days before completion, which we had arranged ourselves.Extremely poor service and I am sorry to have to say, we would not recommend this estate agent.

She was warm, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right property. Right from the start, she made both of us feel completely comfortable and supported. Throughout the entire process, the customer service from the whole team was exceptional. What really stood out to us was their attention to detail and those thoughtful, personal touches that made the experience feel special, even down to the beautiful property brochure. Every stage demonstrated a level of professionalism and dedication that exceeded our expectations. Buying a home is notoriously stressful, but they helped make the whole journey exciting and smooth for us. The communication was excellent, and we truly felt valued and supported every step of the way. 20th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)So glad we chose Katrina as our agent. Selling a property can be very stressful but right from the start the enthusiasm and service was beyond. Always available, I don't know how she has any time to herself. Great advice and communication between ourselves and the buyer got things done smoothly. Dan was also fully up to speed on the rare occasion when Katrina couldn't pick up. These guys really put the effort into selling your house.
