16th Feb 2026 (4 weeks ago)I recently completed the purchase of a property for my mother, and the service from this estate agent was excellent from start to finish.<br><br>Liz Brown, the Sales Negotiator, was great. She arranged the viewing, handled the negotiations, and helped us secure the dream home my mother wanted. She was friendly, helpful, and made everything easy.<br><br>Vicky Hughes, the Sales Progressor, was fabulous. She kept in regular contact and was especially helpful when our solicitor wasn’t very responsive. Her support really helped keep things moving.<br><br>Highly recommend them if you want a smooth and stress-free purchase.

11th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)In 12 weeks Only 1 Viewing no contact or feedback from the viewing, passed on to the Auction agent whos opening line "was well this has been an absolute disaster". Not a good experience this was capped off after 14 weeks with a mandatory 4 weeks Notice period despite no action and after a short dialogue this was reduced to 3 weeks with no viewings and 2 lines of communication so i felt punitive action to stop me moving on to a different Agent. 2000+ website hits 1 actual viewing

Her efficiency and reliability have made dealing with the estate agents a smooth and stress-free experience.
27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Start to finish excellent. Buying via them was a doddle in what can be a fraught experience. From viewings and taking us around even though we hadn’t even listed ours yet, meant they were happy to go the extra mile and understood we weren’t just “browsing”. We were intro’d too during the process to the architect Jonathan who were working with as well at the moment and they were extremely knowledgeable about the house, the area, the listed status and the sellers which was reassuring. Great service and the whole team did great. Thank you and would happily use again in the future or to anyone selling.

17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)We have used Dolce Vita services multiple times, be that for our own apartment search, for corporate apartment as well as for short stay and they always exceeded our expectations. Chris and the team have been extremely helpful with suggesting the locations, helping us with furnishings, negotiating the contract with landlord and even finding the place that accepts pets. Just a pleasure to deal with when looking for your next home!

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!

1st Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Just finished our tenancy agreement after 2 years 3 months. The whole Preferential team have been fantastic but specially Emma K since I dealt with her from day one till the end of the tenancy, she is brilliant. to be fair they always fixed any fault in the property pretty quickly so thanks to Victoria for this. I did not deal much with the director Simon but he did some adjustments to my contract to be able to give the month notice from the day I exchanged contracts of the property I purchased so thanks for this. From our side we have kept the property always clean and taken care of it as if it was ours. I recommend Preferential.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

Andrew and Sarah were both incredibly friendly, approachable, and helpful, always happy to answer questions and offer support. We’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.

From the moment we met him, we knew he was the estate agent for us as he’s building a great reputation in Grantham—and it’s easy to see why. He’s incredibly attentive, proactive, and genuinely cares about doing a good job. The whole experience has felt personal rather than transactional, which makes a huge difference.
