We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

They made everything feel seamless and stress-free, always keeping me informed and providing clear, expert advice. Their approach was both personal and highly professional, with a strong understanding of the local market and a real commitment to achieving the best results. The attention to detail and level of service truly stood out. I would highly recommend Fine & Country Nottingham to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality estate agent. 20th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)The valuer was very good and very positive. However, we only had one viewing in 3 months and the communication in general was very poor. No updates or telephone calls to discuss anything, it just felt like as it was a bad time to sell, they just wanted to wait for something to happen, therefore there was no point in calling. Staff very pleasant though.

8th May 2024 (2 years ago)Agent turned up one and a half hours late for property inspection, no phone call to inform me. When I called their office a women said she has asked the women coming to visit to call me but she didn't bother. When I challenged her she said she had not been asked to call me to say she was going to be late only when she has finished her inspection (who's telling the truth) RED FLAG. She also whined on about being in a meeting and that she had only been working there for a week or so NOT MY PROBLEM not interested in time wasters. I needed to contact my landlord to inform him of the poor service he is paying for and in then contacted PP. A long story short when the evidence was put to Simon Bacon the manager he had no choice but to apologise to my landlord but no apology to me for wasting my time. Always going to apologise to the landlord because he's paying him. VERY POOR appears there is no proper in house or external communication. Glad I'm only going to here for a short period of time.

3rd Jul 2024 (1 year ago)I have found Cadley Caldwell staff very helpful and friendly. They always keep us informed of viewings and are willing to answer queries and discuss options. Their advice re sale price was much more realistic than other agents.
17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)We have used Dolce Vita services multiple times, be that for our own apartment search, for corporate apartment as well as for short stay and they always exceeded our expectations. Chris and the team have been extremely helpful with suggesting the locations, helping us with furnishings, negotiating the contract with landlord and even finding the place that accepts pets. Just a pleasure to deal with when looking for your next home!

14th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Can’t recommend Carters enough, from the moment we walked into their office in Atherstone to completion day. Mick and Brandon were friendly, efficient and professional. We were kept informed of each stage of the sale by Alex, who was always helpful when we had a question. Would definitely use Carters again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone selling or buying a property.

We had two sales for through alongside a fair few issues, and all the time Stuart maintained the upmost level of professionalism and was consistently diligent as well. Both Stuart and Amber were fabulous and I wouldn’t hesitate to use the again!

23rd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)We have had such a good experience with Phil from Anderson Briggs Barwell. We had 4 different estate agents come and value our property and we decided to proceed with Anderson Briggs and get on the market. Everything was so quick and efficient, the photographer came out and had the house on the market within 1 day. Communication was all through WhatsApp and was very speedy. We did have a situation where we had to take the house off the market and then speedily put it back on (through no fault of Anderson Briggs) but after requesting it to be put back on, it was up again within 2 hours - at 8pm at night! Although we never actually sold our property with Anderson Briggs (we had to pull out, again no fault of Anderson Briggs), we’ve had the best experience with Phil and Remi. When we need to use an estate agent again we will definitely be going back to these guys.
