20th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Both Kaush & Chris have been brilliant. We are nervous first time sellers, and could not decide which way to go over a local agency and a bigger one. We opted for Hobarts who were just really professional, and kept us informed about what was going on, even if that was not very much. Only 3 weeks later we got an offer on our flat, just before xmas, after a number of viewings. You can't ask for much more than that, with a great offer as well. Highly recommended by us.

19th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)Poor service, very disappointed. They got our address and rents wrong in the tenancy agreement, luckily we spotted this but this is so unprofessional! Everytime we have questions, they have never replied on time, and even when they did they were in a very reluctant manner. This become worse after signing the agreement. We had to chase them 5 days just to know when the inventory check is done. it was so frustrated. 0 services, 0 care, 0 manner.

28th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Appalling ‘service’. Called FIVE times about a flat to rent in Shoteditch and they never called back. Last time I called the man was shouting down the phone. If you’re a landlord don’t list with them bc they don’t bother following up on tenants. Shoddy and unprofessional

I can vouch that the team at Highams Park were respectful, knowledgeable, approachable, polite, professional, and diligent through the process of valuing, advertising, showing, and selling our house. 11th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)We instructed Perfect Pillars in April 2025. Sharon did an excellent job arranging viewers as she was very easy to deal with. In July ( approx) we secured a buyer. Jenny was very skilled in how she managed the long journey to conveyancing completion, despite issues with the buyers lender, Jenny demonstrated excellent customer service, keeping all parties informed until completion in late November 2025. I would recommend this estate agent as their approach I feel is more effective than other estate agents overall.

He takes a wonderfully modern approach to property in how he markets, communicates and treats buyers/sellers. We always knew exactly where we stood thanks to his quick and transparent responses. We were in near constant collaboration in everything from deciding listing price and sales strategy to scheduling viewings and surveys. We’ve gone to him for advice on our onward purchase which he provided gladly even though he isn’t the listing agent.
