Its kinda misleading, its best to has a let agreed tag or on-offer tag to let others know not to have hopes of something that is no longer available on the market.

11th Apr 2023 (2 years ago)James and the team offer an honest, rapid and excellent customer service at all times. The photographs were fabulous, showing the house at it’s best. Any queries we had over the change in the housing market were dealt with reassuringly.

3rd Nov 2023 (2 years ago)I have lived in my apartment for 3 years, my ancient boiler got condemned two weeks ago along with the cooker which was here when i moved in, it took the landlord nearly a week to respond to residential estates about the issues, then i was advised by residential lettings to report the landlord to the council disrepair department which i did and i may add i have a vulnerable child in my care as well, the council got in touch straight away and chased them up, 11 days later i get contacted by the gas engineer company to tell me the date of the new boiler, still nothing about a new cooker, i have spent a small fortune on food and electricity feeding us and keeping us warm, no contact from residential estates, they tried saying at one point that I couldn’t be contacted which is a lie, my roof is leaking i cannot sleep in my bedroom as the ceiling is wet and starting to mold, the wall is soaking wet! Not heard anything about the roof either, is this acceptable? Freezing cold, no cooker, cold wet bedroom? Lack of communication, no oil heaters which was said was going to be brought to the property? At this point I expect compensation and the issues to be dealt with swiftly!
29th May 2019 (6 years ago)We are a small company that was looking to expand in the Liverpool area, put an inquiry about a property they had for lease, never call back and when you do get a hold of them they are stuck up there own arse.

His valuation was reasonable, MB and his team handled all the viewings and updated us very regularly. We had an offer at asking price after a few weeks and would recommend MB's service.
