Overall great experience with Frank Marshall & Co. We needed a Home buyers Survey for our property. George managed to fit us in within a week of our first correspondence and was very professional and thorough, happy to give advice outside of the report on various parts of the property. The report was comprehensive and pointed out many potential issues with the property that would have been missed otherwise. The worst company ever. Does not take care of it's tenants and is negligent in doing necessary repairs. A disgusting agency. Left tenant in the cold. Gave tenant a filthy flat with holes and broken windows, layers of defacation in the toilet, and a non working cooker to name a few. Bricks NEVER repaired or replace even after several pleas and notifications. A bad way to treat a good and responsible tenant. Stay away if you want a responsible landlord.
