14th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience.<br><br>Whenever the matter was not in their interest, it took them more than a week to reply. I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. It made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.
23rd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Not too impressed We had a number of viewings but never had any feedback from Bidwells. As far as I can tell they also did not follow up on the potential buyers. Not overly impressed. We have now taken the house of the market and will relist with another agent.

Lucy, Darren and Paula were absolutely wonderful from start to finish.<br>Not only were they extremely professional and effective, but they were also approachable, patient and genuinely kind. We really appreciated the clear communication, attention and support throughout the process. Their friendly manner made such a difference and helped make everything feel much easier.<br>Thank you so much to Lucy, Darren and Paula for all your hard work and care. Everything went smoothly, and we always felt that we were kept informed and supported throughout the process.<br><br>Special thanks to Paula, who was absolutely brilliant. She was so kind, approachable and easy to communicate with, and was always happy to help whenever we had a question or needed anything. She made the whole process much easier and more enjoyable for us. We really appreciated all her help and would definitely recommend her.

15th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I used to have some past experiences that weren't great but with the most recent team at sharman quinney, I have been looked after a lot better. Although I had to pull out of the sale of my property, Maria and Spencer definitely went above and beyond to answer my questions and sort anything that I didn't understand , which was a lot. I always felt welcome when I went into the branch, offered an instant sit down chat and a coffee. Hopefully I'll be in a better position in the future to complete a property through the Great Shelford branch.

This was my first ever purchase of a property, so i was new to the whole process, but my estate agent maid the process feel easy and not so daunting. If ever i had any questions he was always on call to answer and reassure me.I felt he handled it professionally and worked quickly to get to the completion of the sale. In conclusion, i was very happy with them as my estate agent and would definitely recommend to anyone as they provided an excellent service.
