9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)As soon as I engaged with Darlows to sell my home it was on the market immediately after signing the contract, the viewings began and the responsibility was out of my hands as Darlows staff met and showed the viewers around my home while I could relax and get on with my work, I was informed on viewings and feedback throughout the sale, Jacqueline Morgan was exceptional kept me informed and directed me to contact my solicitor when needed. I would highly recommend Darlows to those looking to sell as they have all the knowledge to support on all matters relating to the sale of a house.

However, this was promptly picked up and solved as much as it could have by Cerys. Cerys did whatever she could in her power to help us.
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Originally the estate agents based in Talbot Green who visited my house were very helpful and communicative. As time they were far more distant after my house was sold and a valuation they insisted on after the sale said it was damp issues from next door. The buyer pulled out after the valuation which proved that the sale was not worth the paper it was written on. They said they would help me with solicitors documents I troubled to fill in and cancelled the appointment on the day. I had no option to sell my house to auction for far less as a result of the valuation. Meanwhile the landlord who was the owner of the house next door to me that was allegedly bringing damp into my house via the surveyor 's report had put the house on sale on line via Property Plus for 55 thousand more than my sale price ? Avoid at all costs.

Caitlyn followed up with updating me with every necessary details I needed to know. They both had such warm service that I didn’t use think twice before giving them a call for my queries. Paris has been exceptional and is always willing to answer your calls and speak to you when you have a question. 1st Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)Our Experience with Property Plus We initially invited four local estate agents to value our property in Tonypandy. Having done our own due diligence, we already had a good idea of its market value. When the representative from Property Plus came to assess the property, she confidently claimed she could achieve a higher price and mentioned she had years of experience as a former surveyor. On that basis, we decided to give them a chance and proceeded on a sole agency agreement. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were left with the impression that she was largely winging it. We received very few updates — no proactive phone calls after the limited number of viewings, and little to no genuine feedback from potential buyers. Most communication came via the occasional text or email, and overall the process felt very “hands off.” Any meaningful updates required us to visit the office in person, which, to be fair, was a much better experience and more in line with what we’d expected from the start. In summary, we felt trapped in a poor sole agency agreement and that the three-month term was largely wasted due to a lack of communication, feedback, and follow-up.
8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)?? 1 star<br><br>Unfortunately, my experience with Nexa South Wales has been extremely frustrating.<br><br>I have been living in my current property since February and have experienced ongoing maintenance issues almost from the beginning. There have been repeated leaks from the bathroom into the kitchen, including an incident where water flooded into the kitchen and affected the electrics. Multiple contractors have attended, with various parts replaced and repairs attempted, but I have repeatedly had to chase for issues to actually be resolved.<br><br>I have also been left waiting for months for damage caused by the leaks to be properly made good, including staining and repainting the kitchen ceiling.<br><br>More recently, the boiler has been leaking for months. Two leaks were identified, one was repaired, but I have still been waiting for the other to be resolved. This morning, the boiler started leaking heavily again at around 6am, leaving me with no choice but to turn off the internal stopcock. As a result, I currently have no water, hot water or heating in the property.<br><br>What is particularly disappointing is the lack of urgency and communication. An inspection was also carried out around a month ago, with several issues identified and uploaded to my online account. Despite this, I have received no follow-up and nobody has attended to address those issues.<br><br>I have repeatedly reported problems and tried to be patient, but I feel that I am constantly having to chase the letting agent, landlord and builder to get basic maintenance and safety issues dealt with.<br><br>I appreciate that repairs can sometimes take time, but there is a significant difference between a repair taking time and repeatedly having to chase unresolved problems for months, particularly when they involve water leaks, electrical concerns and loss of essential services.<br><br>The whole situation has caused me a huge amount of unnecessary stress and has significantly affected my experience of living in the property. I would simply expect maintenance issues to be taken seriously, communicated properly and dealt with within a reasonable timeframe.<br><br>I am extremely disappointed with my experience so far and would not currently recommend Nexa South Wales based on the way my tenancy and ongoing maintenance issues have been handled.

They kept me informed every step of the way regarding viewings, offers and sale. Overall they were first class.

This office demonstrates a lethal lack of competency regarding mandatory housing laws, leaving tenants in properties with severe, illegal safety hazards. By completely ignoring fundamental statutory regulations, they actively endanger human lives while exposing their landlord clients to massive legal fines, criminal liability, and Rent Smart Wales license revocations. Full evidence has been submitted to Rent Smart Wales and Rhondda Cynon Taf Environmental Health for formal investigation. Do not trust this agency with your property or your life—they are a public danger.

She was honest about one of the houses and that made us feel comfortable and that we learnt about it together. She even called back up the next day to get feedback on the houses and to chat about spiders in one of the gardens that we all instantly pointed out! Lovely women and anyone would be lucky to have her show them houses. Hope to see you again soon and help us find the right one for us!
