As<br>*The tenant was not properly vetted.<br>* Peter Alan failed in their duty of care.<br>* They continued to support the tenant despite repeated breaches of the tenancy agreement.<br>* I have suffered financial loss because of their actions.<br>* No responsible person or assigned to sort out things , I spoke to letting agent , customer service, accountant department and rent department. No one knows how to sort out the issues.
5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Great experience with Northwood Cardiff. Can’t really fault them. Everyone who I had contact with was efficient and helpful. I must say that Paris particularly took really great photos and videos of my home.<br>It was sold STC within a couple of days of going on the market to the 2nd person who viewed it.<br>The legal process took months but Claire was always happy to update and reassure me.<br>All in all I really couldn’t be happier.

1st Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)Our Experience with Property Plus We initially invited four local estate agents to value our property in Tonypandy. Having done our own due diligence, we already had a good idea of its market value. When the representative from Property Plus came to assess the property, she confidently claimed she could achieve a higher price and mentioned she had years of experience as a former surveyor. On that basis, we decided to give them a chance and proceeded on a sole agency agreement. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were left with the impression that she was largely winging it. We received very few updates — no proactive phone calls after the limited number of viewings, and little to no genuine feedback from potential buyers. Most communication came via the occasional text or email, and overall the process felt very “hands off.” Any meaningful updates required us to visit the office in person, which, to be fair, was a much better experience and more in line with what we’d expected from the start. In summary, we felt trapped in a poor sole agency agreement and that the three-month term was largely wasted due to a lack of communication, feedback, and follow-up.

My daughter had a viewing this afternoon with this company and they couldn’t be bothered to turn up and when we rang them they had no idea what we was talking about. They gave us one appointment for the morning then messaged us and gave us an afternoon appointment the same day and then acted like there was no viewing when we got here even though we have proof in the messages. I’m absolutely fuming. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Awful experience, I had unauthorised expenses, when I raised the issue, I did not get explanation, as well charges for Gas safety certificate when no engineer was sent, no explanation, charges put on my account for work not done, I couldn’t trust the company, please look carefully into your statement, I had distressing experience with the company, I advise you to be extremely cautious.<br>Nada Mahayni

6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)We had an amazing experience with Alex Victoria and the team. The property was sold in under a week of the team marketing the property. Victoria worked closely with us on the images of the property and she stayed late to ensure the property went on the market. From the first meeting we had with Alex we had total confidence that she would sell the house. An amazing tram effort from Peter Allan Bridgend- 17th Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)I found Peter Alan quite unpleasant to deal with. Despite clearly stating multiple times that we were happy with our current mortgage broker, they repeatedly pressured us to arrange a meeting with theirs. This led to excessive calls—sometimes three or four times a day—which quickly became frustrating. Additionally, when we identified another property of interest, it was extremely difficult to get through to them. We had to call several times, and on some occasions, it felt as though calls were being ignored or even deliberately disconnected. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
- 6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Absolutely fantastic Chris and Morgan were!!! we needed a property within a week as we were had place lined up to rent but they pulled their property off market. They recognised the urgency in our predicament and managed to pull a rabbit out the hat and find us a place to let on show short notice... Unfortunately my buyer pulled out the following day and didn't go through with rental... Non the less the work and effort they did was tremendous.
