28th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Both Caron at the office and Charlie (who showed us round the property) have been wonderful in their approach. Highlight all the positives about a property and the area but without being pushy - which has the exact opposite effect with me and makes me resist. Able to answer my queries regarding a leasehold and service charges (unlike another agent in the area who ignored all my e-mails). Exactly what you'd expect but very rarely get - a good estate agency.
14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Our experience with Your Move Shaw has been brilliant from start to finish.<br><br>It all started with Reece, the Manager, who came out to value our house. He took the time to explain everything in great detail, made the whole process easy to understand and gave us confidence from the very beginning.<br><br>Jess then looked after the sale of Lyon Street and was absolutely brilliant throughout. She was always friendly, helpful and happy to answer any questions — nothing was ever too much trouble.<br><br>Tia then looked after the purchase of Sumner Street and has been fantastic, particularly with all the chasing and back and forth towards the end. She kept us updated and did everything she could to keep things moving, even when I'm sure she was fed up of hearing from us!<br><br>Nathan also deserves a mention, as he was always happy to step in and help whenever Jess or Tia were busy. It really does feel like a team where everyone is willing to help.<br><br>And finally, they all deserve an extra star just for managing to stay so cheerful while listening to that constant beeping in there office all day ?????? Honestly, they deserve an award for putting up with that alone — absolute troopers!<br><br>A huge thank you to Reece, Jess, Tia and Nathan. You've all made what can be a very stressful process so much easier, and we genuinely couldn't have asked for a better team. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Your Move Shaw.
4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Would highly recommend Wild and Griffiths, a local company with local knowledge who know the importance of customer service offering a personal and professional service. The phone is always answered promptly, which seems a simple thing, but many bigger companies don't realise the importance of this. We had a particularly challenging sale, but John and his team went above and beyond to try to smooth out any issues and kept us informed very step of the way to a successful completion. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to sell a property.

Having dealt with several other estate agents during my search, including one purchase with another agent that progressed quite far before falling through with little support provided from that particular agent, I can honestly say the service at Hunters stood out. Vicky, Marissa and team were consistently friendly, responsive, and proactive throughout the process. They were quick to address any questions or concerns, providing clear updates and helping everything move along smoothly and efficiently. Their support made the stress of house buying feel much more manageable. I would definitely recommend them — thank you again!

The process can be gruelling and lengthy however Devon was always in touch and would get back to me regarding queries promptly. I feel he is a credit to your branch and I have been overall very pleased with how he dealt with our our purchase.

Branch manager Adam was a pleasure to deal with from the first time we met, through to the completion day and handing the keys over. He was ably supported by his colleague Jodie, who also was very attentive, responsive, and was pivotal in getting what turned out to be a more complex sale over the line. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bridgfords in Ashton Under Lyne for your property transaction, whether buying or selling.

Great value for money versus others in the area. Hopefully the process to completion will be as efficient but mindful solicitors are involved and that WC . Dawson don’t have too much influence on the timeline of the sale itself.

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I was buying a property, but there was a problem with the burglar alarm. He said it would be fixed before completion. We had a couple of conversations on the subject. The sale went through, the alarm was untouched. I confronted him with it. He denied our conversations had ever taken place. Eventually he gave me a token amount of money from his fee that was nowhere near the cost - the whole alarm system had to be replaced. Estate agents often face criticism regarding their integrity, but I've never had one lie to my face before. It was a first.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

See next para for our 2023 review, which still applies in full. ----- A pleasure to deal with this business. Oliver and all his staff are very efficient. We had a potentially difficult house to sell and were not on the open market. Kallista matched our house with a buyer and helped negotiate a price to suit both parties. She kept the deal on track and kept us informed almost daily. We also used Kirkham Legal Services, who were equally efficient. We are 77 and 75 and, over the years, have used several other local agents and solicitors. We have had poor service from most of them.
