They provided constant updates and would chase up anything I needed to know. This is my first rental since uni so it’s a big thing for me, but Robyn has truly made it a breeze. 16th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)The WH loughborough letting is filled with highly unprofessional staff with extremely poor communications skills. I left a property since July 12th and as at today, they are still holding back my tenancy deposit, saying they are waiting for landlord authorisation despite knowing clearly that tenancy deposit must be returned within ten days after tenant vacated the property

He is the second agent I’ve met from the company, and, like the first agent, Sam, he demonstrated excellent expertise and service. Both Sam and Lewis are clearly outstanding at what they do.

I switched to sinclair who were professional, swift and fantastic right from the word go. Their automated feedback systems kept me in the loop and courtesy calls from the agents occasionally helped reassure all was well. Within 6 weeks the house was sold at asking price!
