27th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)I found Hawes & Co very efficient throughout the process. There communication is brilliant. I was always able to reach someone at their office. Calls were returned and emails answered promptly.
30th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Very disappointing experience with MAS Property. Just three days before my move-in date, they increased the apartment price without any flexibility or consideration for the prior agreement and contract, including agreed key handover day. This last-minute change was unprofessional and stressful. I do not recommend MAS Property.

Always had fast answers to my queries and everyone was very friendly. Our agent Frank Mulroe was extremely kind and helpful along the process.

22nd Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)I met with George Mayhew for a second visit on this property he was really helpful and went through queries I had on site. Very helpful on both viewings I had with him. We now have a new tenancy in the area we wanted due to the great communication and speed of setting up visits for the family.
9th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Seems to now be permanently closed as this is the second time I've got off the train at New Malden in the afternoon and found it shut. No details in the window to say when it will reopen yet stock still on the shelves? Now seems to be open again . Probably best to check before setting off if you intend to shop there these days

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

19th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)I have had several problems with repairs to our building causing damage to my flat. Pryce Bravo has mostly ignored my messages and hasn’t actioned anything I’ve requested. We are paying a small fortune for Snellers services and they are not worth it. I’ve escalated to Simon, his manager, however, guess what? No reply.- 15th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Tom Ward was always there to help us and kept us in the loop at all times. He was understanding when hurdles cropped up and always showed patience and compassion to my elderly mother. A great agent in all respects but in this case with assisted living properties.

Tiffiny was extremely proactive and her speed of responses to our questions is super fast. All in all, it was a very seamless process thanks to Tiffiny !

From the initial meeting until the last meeting the service received was exceptional - These wonderful, happy, smiley gang delivered for me where another long established agent (GP) failed - I had an offer within a week of marketing and completed very quickly - to mention - Kevin from the first meeting - what a story! Nathaniel, spot on with the communication and updating me (it was almost 25 years ago I sold) so I needed refreshing - you are a star! - Jason, you are such a lovely bloke, well, you all are, in every communication always happy - so refreshing - You need to give yourselves a pat on the back - I have already recommended to several friends, if you are thinking of selling/letting I would not hesitate to use Kaybridge - I will pop in to see you when i'm in the area as I packed your little gift! Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.

8th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Do NOT recommend. I’m a long term landlord but am leaving as soon as I can. Despite the tenants paying on time, I am currently owed 3 months rent. Plenty of empty promises, unanswered phone calls and unresponded emails. Extremely unprofessional. I should not have to constantly chase for my rent payments.
