He was consistently professional, extremely patient, and genuinely helpful, always taking the time to listen to everyone involved in the process. His positive and reassuring manner made a real difference during what could have been a stressful time.<br><br>Ali’s sales skills are excellent, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I lost count of the number of viewings he attended and the many questions he answered — often even outside normal office hours.<br><br>I am truly grateful for his dedication and delighted that he succeeded in securing the sale. He is a real credit to Anthony Webb, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any landlord or seller looking for a trustworthy and committed agent.

From start to finish, the company facilitated an incredibly smooth and hassle-free process, which made the transition into my new home seamless. The highlight of the experience was the professionalism of Ali, the Head of Sales and Lettings, in coordinating offers. He was exceptionally efficient and always provided a quick response to queries, offering great general support whenever it was needed. If you are looking for a stress-free rental process with a highly responsive team, I cannot recommend their services enough.

Prior to the sale the house had been let by the letting line who were also always very professional. From the very beginning, both Kardine & Bruvis were professional, approachable, and easy to deal with, which made what can often be a stressful process feel much more straightforward. Communication was clear throughout, and we always felt kept in the loop at every stage of the purchase. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The process was handled efficiently and with care, which gave us real confidence from start to finish. Overall, we felt well supported and looked after, and we would happily recommend Martyn Gerard to anyone looking to buy a home. A smooth, transparent, and reassuring experience all round.

However this buyer was not vetted thoroughly and the sale fell through. The agents were eager to sell the property and were listening to my feedback, but we're unable to follow through with a sale with this agent.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
