1st Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Awful letting agents. 1. Turned up to our new property to let and there's a for sale sign in the garden. Negated to tell us it was for sale then lied to us and said the property would only be let to landlords, however only had families view the place. 2. During the 3 months inspection advised WHB of a page full of issues including MOULD.. 4 months later still not fixed. Maintenance guy kept cancelling over Christmas. No one has sorted anything despite numerous calls to advise them 3. I have subsequently moved out and left the other tenant (my partner) to rent on his own because I cant stand how awful the place is to live in and despite numerous emails and several calls last week and the promise to call me back and im still waiting for my name to be taken off the tenancy. 4. I am still receiving rent arrears email even though I no longer live in the property Nd have advised them. Jist to add to this There is no rent arrears! My partner agreed to pay weekly direct with WHB Im getting fed up off the company's incompetence I will be submitting a formal complaint. Im hoping someone will see this message and actually have the decency to respond.

Thanks Harrison- 4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)William H Brown were great with the moving in process quick & efficient. Pippa is very easy to work with and helpful. On the other hand, moving out was an absolute nightmare!!! We had 0 communication and were receiving arrears emails over 3 times when we had paid due to the internal lack of communication. When you phone each department they have no idea what is going on. It’s so clear that there is no communication throughout the departments. We had a checkout scheduled in and waited at the house for 2 hours. Nobody showed up nor called or emailed us. Thankfully we ended up making contact with an agent called Richard from the Thetford branch, he listened to our frustrations and helped us get in contact with the relevant people. Would not recommend at all!

Despite numerous problems from our buyer and our buyer's buyer, Grace worked hard to keep us up to date with what was going on, liaising with our agent, solicitor and us to try and get things running smoothly. Grace did a great job showing us round, explaining the area (we aren't from Norfolk orignally) and helping us decide if the house was right for us. She wasn't pushy or annoying like some agents we have seen elsewhere and just seemed keen to make sure it was the right place and right decision for us. Thank you Grace, it was a pleasure buying through you.

Shane is always available to help with any queries. Kieren, Joanne and Adam have all been amazing with Kieren doing most of the viewings. Although market hasn’t been fantastic, I’ve had lots of viewings and now have an offer within 4 months. The process has been smooth and recommend anyone wishing to sell their home to use them. I’m so happy with the service they have provided.

Charlii is lovely and knows when to step back and when to lead when viewing a property - we felt really relaxed and able to take our time viewing. We’ve been updated tremendously through their team at CompleteAsap (Amelia is lovely to talk to!) and I am so so grateful that Euan and Bradley joined the team while we sold our property through their previous agency as it means they were able to see it to the end. It’s been an incredibly hard couple of years for us and Euan has honestly been my rock, I could just call and say ‘help’ and he’d fix it in whatever way he could. Hopefully I’ll never have to move again ???? but if we ever do, I’ll be calling them without a doubt. Thank you so so much ??

12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)My wife and I are delighted with the service we received from Newton Fallowell in Peterborough when we were buying a property in PE4 (completed today). Nothing was too much trouble for Ellie and her colleagues - multiple visits to the property, arranging access for surveys, queries about keys, key codes and many other things, even down to the swift removal of the SOLD board. If we ever find ourselves buying another property in this area, Newton Fallowell is the first place we'll look.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Avocado have been a pleasure to deal with throughout. Their marketing was superb and customer service has been exceptional throughout. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)We found a house we wanted to buy and so we were under pressure to sell to make our move happen. Ollie understood this and worked with us to get our house marketed ASAP. Contact was efficient and only when necessary, and when we got to the the negotiation phase Ollie was helpful and helped us get the deal over the line. We're now in our new home and the Norfolk Agents definitely played their part!
