Emerson handled all of our many viewings and was always patient, informative and professional throughout providing us with information on properties and also the local area. Unlike many agents (fire and forget) Emerson built a personal relationship and kept in touch through out our search which was really appreciated. Thanks for all of his help.

We received strong viewings from the beginning and the estate agents always followed up and provided useful feedback from these. When we did receive an offer, the agents kept me fully informed throughout the process and down the chain. The agents were particularly helpful to us as we lived a long way from the area. We are pleased to say that exchange on the house took place yesterday and we are so grateful for the support we received from Jade and her team. Would definitely recommend William H Briwn in North Walsham!!

13th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Booked appointment monday cancelled by them to tuesday and then cancelled again on wednesday again cancelled .had to take 3 days day off for these reasons.non reliable.first of all had to wait long time to get an appointment.

From start to finish we were impressed with the professionalism of Christian Money - he understands the industry and is customer focused. Our contact throughout the selling process was Tracey. I will miss our calls and meetings! I came to really appreciate how hard she worked on the behalf of both us as the seller and indeed the buyer to make the process as uncomplicated as possible. It was the first time we had brought through a modern auction... She clearly explained the process ... When we needed to view the property on a couple of occasions, she was always on time and professional.. any questions we threw at her, she answered or went away and found out the information in a very timely manner... fantastic service
- 16th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I was not empressed with the behavour of the rep that i was speaking too regardsto my sitution being unwell and on benefits/Pip soon as i mention that there was a change in tone and behavour like i wasnt worth a look in, also my viewing was on the bunglow behide the eastanglia house next to fenman pub, i was suppose meet martina who wasnt there at said time, so some guy turn up by name called Ian whom showed no id, i had no commucation of the change so i known and also the new changes in renting rights fail here with this estate agents regards to everyone whom have a booking to view a property should be able to see the property and have a chance to apply regardless to there sitution. To which i was able to but in the manner of his voice and tone you could tell i wasnt welcome and by the way conversation was going you could also tell that i wouldnt be treated fair. Then i was kind being push to view different property to which i was not interested in. So i was emformed by email corraspondence that landlord declined to adverse credit thou it was sorted but still declined. So even thou you had given the information you still dont get treated well. I feel alot of change needs to happen regards to realising that what ever a person sitution, given it was beon there control. Youre still treated unfairly. I will state this to council when they ask me why i chose not to contact estate agents regards to homes for rent. Its a shame thou im a loyal tenant and payments for rent is completed on time and no issues so pitty there some snobs out there.

26th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)Sowerbys have made a dream come true for me.<br>I have always wanted a holiday home in Norfolk & they have made it happen.<br>All the staff have been extremely helpful, especially Wendy who helped us throughout - nothing was too much trouble. The videos with updates on the house were great & helped us make a decision.<br>I would thoroughly recommend Sowerbys & will use them again if we ever move to Norfolk full time.
