15th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)I found Brittons to be the better of the Estate Agents that we dealt with. The others we used were just number crunchers to make their figures look good on paper. Their communication from the start was far superior than all the others.

22nd Sep 2025 (25 weeks ago)I phoned Brown & co today in Norwich regarding a property to ask whether or not it was still for sale. I was not met with a friendly voice appreciating my interest in the property but was just told the owner was considering the best offer of sealed bids. I was then put through to another lady who greeted me with an abrupt tone of voice, I asked if she could take my name as I am looking for a similar property, she took my name and said I will let you know if something similar becomes available. Firstly she didn't give me time to finish telling her my full number and it seemed quite apparent she did not value me as a potential customer and made no enquiries about the area I'm looking to move to. It seems Brown & co have their favoured clientele and I'm certainly not one of them. I am in business myself and I value my customers it's a shame Brown & co doesn't do the same. DM Norfolk

They didn't disappear once they found us a buyer for our flat, they actively engaged to ensure smooth completion, kept us informed of the process, found as a great solicitor and were friendly and informed throughout. Will definitely use them for all future real estate needs!

The whole letting process was smooth and efficient — she kept me well-informed at every stage and were quick to answer any questions I had. What really stood out was her attention to detail and friendly approach, which made the whole experience much less stressful than I expected. I’d definitely recommend Amy to anyone looking to rent or let a property. Thank you for making the process so straightforward and stress-free!

15th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)We withdrew the property from the market as could not find anything we wanted. If we came back on the market we would use Aldreds again. Friendly and experienced service. 2nd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)We have just completed the sale of our home and what we believe is the purchase of our forever home in Blakeney. Arnold’s Keys was the estate agent acting on behalf of the seller of the house we were purchasing but we were kept in the loop far more than our own Estate Agents (So***bys) they didn’t just wait for call backs they got answers when we asked them. We would personally like to say a big “Thank You” to all the staff at Arnolds Keys Sheringham especially Charlie Green, who was unbelievable, she was constantly on the phone getting answers and asking all the right questions to satisfy our requests. We found Arnold Keys to be a superb Estate Agent at getting answers and results because they do not just wait for call backs, or emails to turn up, they pick up the phone and communicate with all parties when you are in a chain in a sale and you want the process updates, rather than just waiting for a call from your solicitor. They truly deserve the 5/5 rating we give them and if we could we would give them 6/5 just for Charlie Green’s efforts TW & DW Blakeney

3rd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)I can’t say if no viewings within around 6 weeks is an agent issue or the market in general. Regardless of that, communication was fine. Can’t comment otherwise as had no need to deal with them other than initial marketing.
28th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)I can not fault Musker McIntyre on any level. Their level of understanding, combined with professionalism, at such a traumatic time as moving house, is remarkable in this day and age. I dealt mainly with one person, and I am not sure if I can name her on here! But she made my whole experience less stressful than in many other circumstances. To give an example, I have also, out of this area, used other agents, the transaction was cold, immature, calculating, and unprofessional. I could go on about the difference Muskers make to a sale ( not just the actual selling), but all the interaction surrounding the transaction. I was allowed to meet my potential buyers and interact with them, which does not often happen now with many agents. I will not move again......I hope, but if I do i will use Muskers

Would recommend.

4th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)Property went "live" and we had 2 viewings within 24 hours. Our property sold the following day. Buyers had to wait 6 months to move as we had to wait for our new property to be completed. Progress updated to buyer on regular basis and sale went through generally without bother (a few usual bumps in the road with solicitors, etc) but all completed successfully.- 28th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Stuart has been our main contact when trying to tell using the Gorleston office. He is always on hand to offer advice and has a polite and friendly manner when dealing with us and the people viewing our property.

When viewing our property, Millie greeted us with professionalism but genuine interest in what we would like from the house. We had communicated throughout the purchase and no matter the question - big or small they were there to help. A big shout out to Clare Clarke for being amazing, always available if we needed her, very polite and helpful - nothing was ever a bother for her! I couldn’t recommend Starking & Watson enough!

12th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Eleanor at Millers went above and beyond in assisting us with the purchase of a property. Kept us fully informed at all stages. All staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Sadly the agent selling our property fell well short of Millers exceptional service and could learn a lot from their approach to both buyers and sellers. Would highly recommend Millers.
