23rd Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Ever since being a tenant in my current accommodation nearing 6 years I have nothing bad to say. Very reassuring from the get go, as a nervous, unsure 1st time tenant. Have helped guide myself, struck great communication on behalf of myself with my landlady. Nothing is ever a problem either if something needs to be done.

In particular, Mike Lurot has the attributes of a terrific agent with his market knowledge, customer service, strong interpersonal and technical skills. The result was a stress free and straightforward purchase. So Mike, thanks for that. Lurot Brand certainly live up to their well earned excellent reputation.
21st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)The team at Millers were helpful and prompt -- we would highly recommend them. They suggested a solicitor who, in turn, was also excellent. Millers were able to sell our house within a few weeks of putting it on the market with them.

5th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Initially, when I first checked in, I had a terrible experience as the flat was not cleaned/prepared for my arrival up to the standard expected at all. However, Mubashir worked with me to solve all the issues, was super helpful and responsive and ensured that all issues were resolved on time. Since he took over, communication has been handled appropriately and it's been a pleasant experience so far

Dealt with anything ranging from New Tenancy, change of tenant and general maintenance request. Jack Ireland in particular deserve an extra mentioning as he usually responds and helps with any queries within a few hours.
23rd Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)I rented a property through Selmans for 2.5years. Over this period we found Nick and team to be amazing to deal with, the consummate professionals. Nothing was too much and any questions or issues were always handled in a timely fashion. I've rented through some of the High Street names before, but honestly, it has been like night and day in comparison. You're not just a number with Selmans, you get that family feel, they actually care that your rental experience is a good one. Cherry on top was our deposit was returned within days of checkout (and in full) after having been protected throughout! Thanks Nick and team. If ever I have a need to rent again, locally, you'll be our first call, thankyou all!!
