23rd Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I recently had to move after our previous landlord wanted to redevelop the whole building. I was dreading the prospect of moving and viewed about 15 different properties before eventually making an offer and having it accepted for a property let and managed by Millennium Residential. So far Marc has been great at getting everything ready and sorted for us to move in. I've had none of the problems I've had in the past with some other agents. Would definitely recommend for a more personal and straight forward experience.

25th Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)I arranged a viewing for a flat advertised on Rightmove, only to find that the property looked nothing like the photos or floor plan in the listing. When I called to question this, I was told the wrong images had been uploaded “by mistake.” This is completely unacceptable and feels deliberately misleading. It wasted my time and gave the impression of highly unprofessional conduct. Listings should accurately represent the property — anything less borders on false advertising.- 13th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I felt very fortunate to work with Tom and Lewis from the outset, Tom is a fair minded individual who evaluates carefully his clients and their requirements and it pays off in the relationships he forms which is one of trust. Lewis had only just started at Winkworth when we put our house on the market but delivered great buyers for our house which is very special and important to us as we had loved there for over 27 years

24th Sep 2025 (26 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. Not only was communication poor, but the property was never properly maintained despite repeated requests. Basic issues were ignored, leaving tenants frustrated and uncomfortable. This lack of care and professionalism made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this agency.

The whole team was great, but I especially want to mention Lee and Arzu – they were both so kind, genuine and professional throughout the process of finding a flat for me and my partner in East London. It made everything much less stressful knowing I was dealing with people I could really trust. I’d happily recommend them to anyone.

25th Sep 2019 (6 years ago)This estate agent was worse than useless, very rude and slow. Messed me about with the house I was supposed to buy and move into and was I chargeed £2,500 before they could take the property off the market. Then the sitting tenant refused to move out and it took over 6 months get our money back and only achieved this by report ing them to the Property Ombudman. Lost close to £ 3,000 in findin g an alternative property to buy and had to take them to court. Now they have movrd from their Orsett road premises after they got expelled from the property ombufsman membership and are nowhere to be found... BeEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL
