I was delighted to encounter the team at Dexters who were keen to assist. I was greeted by Cory who I found to be interested in me and my criteria. A great conversation followed by a number of viewings facilitated across the patch. During the viewings I received a professional yet really personable response, great knowledge and confidence building for me as it is my first time renting and everything was new to me. I had so many questions and when Corey and I realised that I wished to expand my criteria, Corey facilitated alternatives and despite his having other customers to deal with intermittently I was able to receive a truly comprehensive service from him. We viewed 7 properties that day, I was so impressed to have achieved so much in one day, Luke also assisted in answering my queries later in the day and provided me with furniture rental information to help me consider all cost planning when considering furnished and unfurnished options. I got a superb service from Dexters and thank Corey particularly for making me feel comfortable, providing all the information I needed and providing me so many great opportunities to view in one day! Superb. Impressed by the follow up connection from him also. Brilliant job Corey and Luke.

We had a very smooth purchase process because of his professional attitude and his capability to manage the relationship between us and our new home developer. It has been a pleasure liaising with him. Will recommend Caddingtons and Arthur to anyone looking for a home in London!

22nd Feb 2025 (1 year ago)LANDLORDS/LANDLADYS BEWARE!!!! Really poor experience from this company. Me and my family were looking to rent a property to which we were told we had to pay a years rent upfront which was around £23,000. Lorraine said you might have to dip into your savings? Imagine a renter paying £23,000 upfront in rent! We pleaded all different options, but all were a no based on the landlord according to Lorraine who wouldn’t even put us forward to the landlord Lucky escape for us, I feel sorry for other tenants but most of all the landlords, their properties are sitting empty due to the pathetic excuse of customer service. I understand they are providing a service for the landlords/landlady’s but they are also providing a service for tenants, which with them doesn’t seem like it’s even close to being important.

We have just handed our flat back after 4 years and from the first to the last interaction Vicky made things straightforward. The contractual process was easy and fair and any repair issues were always dealt with promptly. An easy recommendation.
