Adam was incredibly professional, kind, and supportive, and Warren was also so helpful throughout. They found me a property so quickly and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel so much easier. I truly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended.
13th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)After living in the Whitehall Park area for 20 years, when it came to looking to relocate to Northern England and sell our beloved home, it became quickly apparent that Whitehalls Estate Agents was the only sensible option! Gary handled our sale professionally and calmly; it was a pleasure working with him. His knowledge of the local area and market is unmatched, and we got a real sense that he knew how to achieve the best and most appropriate result for both seller and buyer. And he found us lovely people to buy our home which was really important to us. We welcomed his considered advice and he was proved right throughout! An enjoyable and comparatively speedy process, where the stress of moving and leaving the area was much reduced thanks to Gary. Thank you.

The staff at the Winkworth office are all very professional and work with you to achieve the right sale for the property with the right level of support throughout the process. They ARE NOT the pushy irritating Estate Agents I experienced when selecting the right one to work with. From start to finish I found the service provided by both James and Daryl first class. Thank you very much

7th Jun 2026 (29 days ago)The team at Hugh F Shaw & Co are outstanding, they've looked after me so well for years. Incredibly responsive property management and outstanding services provided to tenants. They will always be my first choice when looking for a flat in London.
1st Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Real lack of transparency, always guessing what’s happening, I had to constantly email to find out information, not once did I have an email from them to me, the excuse I can’t give you information I don’t have and leave you hanging for ever untill they do is a very poor excuse, vetting of clients finances poor, the senior manager at Haart, should know the customer is key to there buisiness, I found the customer service from her to be poor, and felt a little intimidated into sticking with a client for 2 months knowing he couldn’t get a mortgage, and saying to me it’s not like you have a choice, you didn’t have any other offers so let’s just wait, it’s ultimately my decision if I have a choice or not, and it ended up being the biggest waste of my time, not even an apology, we’ll I’m sorry that’s just not good enough, so I ended my time with them and have now remarketed, I know there not responsible if a client can’t get a mortgage, but they are definitely responsible for clear transparency between themseves and there customer, which was clearly lacking, need to do better

I called the number I found on this site and a rogue locksmith showed up in my home asking for callout fee he never mentioned when I asked about charges over the phone. Beware!

23rd Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Craig Anthony Ashcroft & Mrs Beverley Gepp of The property studio Barnet ltd are decietful and have no regard at all about the rights of those living adjacent to their tenants. AVOID like the plague. Won’t even send anything over that counteracts HM Land registry official documents. Enabling trespassing and harassment. Blocking our sunlight and failing to even provide a time or date when it’s being cut. No parking in their tenants AST. Yet they take up not one but 2 parking bays in the car park when their 1 space is allocated around the corner. Ridicules those with disabilities and refuse to make reasonable adjustments under equality act 2010 to write back on email. LEGAL ACTION PENDING against them and to the redress scheme they are subscribed to. 0/10

He was endlessly polite, unbelievably patient, and answered every single one of our questions with kindness and clarity. Truly, what a gentleman! Buying a property is usually stressful, but Richard made the entire experience feel so much easier and far less daunting. His support and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. When we next decide to move, Lowthers will be the only agents we even consider. I will be recommending them to absolutely everyone I know!

22nd Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)I viewed a property through this estate agent, and it reeked of a strong food odour that would be difficult to remove from walls and furnishings. When I asked if it would be professionally cleaned or if the furnishings could be removed, Daniel, the agent was evasive. They insisted I provide all my personal documents before they can even ask the landlord, seemingly trying to pressure me into making an offer without any guarantee it would be honoured. They then ignored my email and only responded after the property had already been let.
12th Jan 2026 (25 weeks ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.
