The workers are caring and have high integrity when it comes to giving advice and sorting out tenancy related issues. 23rd Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Ever since being a tenant in my current accommodation nearing 6 years I have nothing bad to say. Very reassuring from the get go, as a nervous, unsure 1st time tenant. Have helped guide myself, struck great communication on behalf of myself with my landlady. Nothing is ever a problem either if something needs to be done.

The phone reception was not good and I couldn't understand what he was saying on the other line. I asked him to repeat and HE HUNG UP ON ME. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. What kind of a "reputable" company are you representing?

1st Jul 2021 (5 years ago)We recently purchased a house in Harrow-on-the-Hill where Squires were acting for the sellers. I can honestly say that it was the best experience of having an agent on the other side that I have had. Mr Chand was extremely helpful in ensuring that the transaction moved at pace (our offer was accepted on 29 May 2021, we completed on 30 June 2021) and was always contactable and responsive. If you are looking for an estate agent, you could not do better.

9th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Im still waiting for my holding deposit I paid 2 years ago on a property the that was ceased by the landlord from the previous seller due to non payment of rent. Quentin and Romina, together, acted unprofessionally in false-fully conveying that the previous seller agreed to my offer and took my holding deposit worth £5000. All my texts and messages have been unresponsive.

10th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)The best agency anyone could work with in London! I have been with Castlereagh Properties for the past two years and all I can say was perfect service. All the agents, especially Louise, are always on alert if you need anything as a tenant. They have helped me with the move in and move out documents and all the account openings I need to have. Additionally, the agency always supports any maintenance required within the apartment. Truly amazing service, they made my two years in London unforgettable and super comfortable!!

8th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)I had Redac Strattons as my Property Manager for many years, and overall it was a genuine pleasure to work with them, although, towards ther end of the agreement, certains attitudes did disapoint me.<br><br>However, I could always count on Takumi, a kind person and an outstanding Property Mangament Professional.<br><br>I could also always rely on Yerko, who was responsible for the Accounts. Patient, knowledgeable and competent he always took the time to address the many questions I might have had.<br><br>Being able to depend on people like them was extremely important to me, particularly as I live overseas.<br><br>A very Special mention must go to Stephen Price, Associate Director at REDAC STRATTONS.<br><br>He has my utmost adimiration.<br><br>What an exceptional professional!<br><br>Of course, he is higlhly competent, but most important, he always made me feel that I had his full attention and that he was genuinely available whenever needed.<br><br>He listens carefully and thoughtfully, a quality that becomes increasingly rare.<br><br>He is remarkably kind, considerate and courteous, and possesses that rare combination of professionalism and humanity that leaves a lasting impression.<br><br>M.
