They also have an impressive network of potential buyers, which proved valuable in reaching the right audience, particularly in a challenging market, where they succeeded in securing the sale of our maisonette. I’d especially like to highlight Danielle, whose efforts in the final stages were outstanding. She went above and beyond to help close the sale, proactively following up with our lawyers, keeping everything moving, and even assisting with practical details like recommending cleaning services. Her focus and determination at that point made a real difference in getting the deal across the line. Giles was also very helpful throughout, offering thoughtful advice and feedback on our property, as well as sharing valuable connections and insight into the Notting Hill market. Overall, a professional and well-connected team with a particularly strong understanding of the Notting Hill area.

22nd Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)This is long overdue post and probably coming in very late but I believe this is extremely important and should be out there for people to see. I had a terrible experience with Rouge Properties last year around August when I tried renting a property through them in Northampton. The property was marketed on their official website but unfortunately they ended up taking no responsibility about it when things went all wrong and blamed it on the concierge taking care of the property. The property I am talking about is an apartment in Northampton House. What stood out for me was the audacity from the team for not refunding my deposit money even when they failed to deliver the property ready on the said date. Not to forget that the team includes people who when you confront them will literally shout at you, stop responding to your emails or even threaten you. Beware of Nazneen and the team because when they have zero understanding of the property, they try and give you details only when the deposit is paid and treat you as someone absolutely worthless because now they know you are stuck. I chose peace and let go of the deposit but in hind sight I can't believe they were this unprofessional throughout my experience.- 23rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Great experience to date with Natalia. He helped me and my boyfriend very quickly, and I’m really happy that we found this room. I’m very grateful to him, and most importantly, he continued to help us with all our questions even afterwards. For me, this is the best agency in London

16th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)I lived in my flat for 8 months now and have so far experienced so many issues that their check-in report failed to identify. First day I moved in, the bathtub was clogged, there were underwear stuffed in the drawers, toilet seat cover was cracked. The heater was also broken so had to freeze through December, and they also pointed me to the wrong the electricity meter so I’ve been paying for my neighbour’s electricity. Their property manager is incompetent at best, ignoring emails/calls and just sit there watch you suffer / sort out problems by yourself. Avoid at all cost.
