Excellent communication all the way through. Very proffessional and helpful and overall really quuck sale. Very good price to sell and good value for money compared to other estate agents. Really pleased with the service i received

Chose Franca thinking she would be good during the final (post offer but pre contract exchange) stage in the process, but it's someone else at Philip James that handles that side of things (who also seems good, but worth bearing in mind)!

18th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Great experience with Northwood. Lauren showed me my new rental and fell in love with it straight away, and said i take before we left the viewing. Lauren has been friendly and understanding as its been over 11 years to find a new place to live on getting confused on what forms to complete or missed emails at my end. Explaintion of all the paperwork was clear, and regular check up from all at Northwood.<br><br>Further to this, I have been renting now for 4 months. The electric meter can not be located, so I have been topping up onto an account though not registered payments. The electric meter on the energy network is registered for a postcode that is 2 streets away.

22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Rented a 2 bed lovely flat. There were two burnt marks on the living room carpet before I moved in. The lovely lady that showed me and my daughter pointed out the marks to us and I replied it's fine as I really loved the flat. The lady I handed the keys back to the flat yesterday and is the same lady who went round the flat with me before I moved in. Made a note of the burnt marks yet yesterday accused me of burning the carpet with wax. I am not happy been accused of something the last tenant did. Also I was promised an inventory of the flat as at the time they only had one. Was promised it would be dropped back off at the flat I never received it.- 12th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Property value was accurate and advertising very thorough. Communication was good albeit we are awaiting further information on the sale.
27th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)Bolton Properties provided a great service at a competitive price, the speed of obtaining a valuation to getting the property to market was excellent, as was the quality of the brochure. The communication throughout was also good. I wouldn't have any hesitation in using them again in the future or recommending to friends.

I have always been extremely happy with the level of care and service I receive as a landlord. All the staff are very helpful and work hard to find the best tenant. If I have problems or queries they are only too willing to advise me. Their level of care is amazing!! If you are looking for a first class agent I fully recommend Move Holmes.

They worked hard to keep things moving and keep us updated throughout. Moving house can be stressful so it's important to be in good hands and we certainly felt like we were. 19th Jan 2026 (24 weeks ago)I take no satisfaction in saying this is a very unprofessional disorganised outfit. I let my house out through them and initially seemed ok but soon turned out to be a nightmare. Phone calls and emails are very rarely returned or answered, the guy dealing with my house…Sam is off on a Monday so everything is put on hold until he returns and he remembers to get back to you. Payments frequently late without any reason or explanation and to top it all when tenants were moving out after having given notice they left it until a month before to re advertise it which resulted in my property standing empty for 6 weeks. I’ve since changed to a much more professional firm with whom I’m very happy. In the last two weeks I’ve sent an email and spoken to someone on the phone as i needed a tax statement for the year….you won’t be surprised to discover there’s nothing been forthcoming. Avoid like the plague.

My house listing went live on Friday and by Wednesday we had 3 offers. We eventually sold the house for a little above the valuation due to the interest in the property generated by Ashtons.
