Everyone I dealt with was friendly, approachable, and made the whole process much less stressful. I would highly recommend this estate agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

They have gone above and beyond to help a damsel in distress, which is truly appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend them.
18th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I contacted the agency regarding a property I was interested in buying and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I first sent an email with some basic questions and waited a couple of days, but received no response. I then called the sales department directly to follow up. The person I spoke to on the phone was very unprofessional and came across as irritated, giving only short and abrupt answers to simple questions. To make matters worse, I was hung up on twice during the conversation. As a potential buyer, I expected clear communication, patience, and basic courtesy. Instead, I felt dismissed and unwelcome. Buying a property is a serious decision, and good communication from an agency is extremely important. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to deal with them again.

Harry was professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. His knowledge of the local market and attention to detail gave me confidence that my property was in good hands. Thanks to his hard work and proactive approach, my flat was let quickly and efficiently. The service I received from Harry and the team at Bridgford was outstanding from start to finish. 22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I’m in the second property rented from Regency and can’t state enough how great they have been. They react immediately to any issue (I.e. when my oven stopped working it was replaced within 48 hours).<br><br>All boiler services and safety checks are carried out and certificates issued every year on schedule. The gas boiler is serviced annually as well.<br><br>As landlords, I would highly recommend Regency.
24th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Dealing with the Staff at Entwistle Green, Bolton has been an absolute pleasure. I contacted them via Right-move to request a viewing of a Flat for renting. The Staff arranged the viewing promptly and met me at the property right on time. The Flat met all my requirements so I advised their Representative that I wished to proceed with the Rental letting. I Contacted their staff at the office at Bolton to pay the holding fee and this went really smoothly. The Staff then sent me a Keysafe Rental Vetting on-line form which I completed and the Staff advised me straight away That my application had been approved and that the rental of the flat would proceed as soon as possible. The whole Transaction has gone really well thanks to all the help I have received from the excellent staff at Entwistle Green, Bolton.

The owners and staff are genuinely approachable, respectful, and committed to providing an excellent service to their clients. Communication is always clear, and they maintain high standards in everything they do. It’s refreshing to work alongside a business that values both its customers and the people they work with. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent!

She was so kind and thoughtful, answered all my questions and 1 million emails with patience and always tried her best to help me. Every email had an answer and it always felt like she genuinely wanted the best for me. 13th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)Not a very good team of estate agents at all (though their incompetence meant I ended up getting my dream house with a different agency instead). They call you immediately after viewing a house to put in an offer, then play games with you (or encourage the seller to do so) and make you add on crazy amounts of money to the offer whilst playing you off against another buyer. They pretended to not answer our calls once we called to put in counter offers, and then blamed us for “not calling” (literally called multiple times on one day) and kept pushing us to add more money! It was an awful experience with them, causing us undue amount of stress, and I am glad I no longer bothered looking at their properties. In my dream house now so I guess it was good that they were so bad! 0/10 stars.

22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)The worst service ever, i have just rented a property from bentley hurst and i have faced the worst service ever i received the property in the most felthy way no one clean anything after the previous guest and they scam me by sending the inventory report before they handing me the key after i reported the cleaning situation they responded was wait and we will send the cleaner to clean the property i refused and left the key i asked them to clean the property and change the move in date , ofc i had to keep calling them as they haven’t updated me for 2 days , and tell now didn’t receive the key for my letter box or even an apology, they wont even deserve a 1 star review, pay more than 5k for this property and the guarantor and dealing with this now ,even though he building concierge mention he received to many complaints on this agency, you don’t wanna rent from this agency

After that the experience wasn't as good, not letting us know when people were going to view,and worse not letting the tenant know,on more than one occasion people just turned up without anyone knowing!- 24th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I can’t recommend Eve highly enough!
