The property advert listed was inviting to potential buyers and a sale was agreed (STC) in a short period of time. The valuation figure was not acheived, not sure whether that was acheivable over a longer period on the market or set slightly too high.

10th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)Avoid Hills Estate Agency at All Costs!! I have spent the past year being over-promised and massively under-delivered by Hills. The experience has been nothing short of a disaster. There has been a complete failure in communication from start to finish. I was repeatedly given “estimated completion dates” that never materialised, followed by weeks even over a month of no contact whatsoever. Because of their poor advice, I am now over £2,000 out of pocket. The unprofessionalism is staggering. Staff openly discussed the seller’s personal finances, telling me the seller “had no money” and describing them as “an absolute nightmare customer.” Imagine paying Hills thousands of pounds to sell your property, only for them to bad-mouth you to the buyer. Completely unacceptable. Given this behaviour, it’s no surprise there are so many negative reviews online. I submitted a formal complaint and received a response from Charlotte today no empathy, no apology. If this is how a director behaves, it’s clear why the rest of the staff follow suit. If you value your time, your money and your sanity, avoid Hills like the plague!! Useless!!

The property generated plenty of interest and ultimately achieved a sale price above the asking price, which was a fantastic result.<br><br>A special thank you to Jess for making the onboarding process straightforward and stress-free, as well as providing an accurate valuation from the outset. I’d also like to thank Lynn for her support and assistance throughout the sale.<br><br>However, my biggest thanks go to Catherine, who truly went above and beyond during what became a lengthy legal process. Unfortunately, the solicitors caused significant delays and dragged the transaction on for several months, but Catherine was relentless in chasing all parties involved and keeping the process moving forward. Her hard work, persistence, and constant communication with me made a huge difference and were instrumental in finally getting the sale over the line.<br><br>I genuinely felt supported throughout the entire journey and was always kept informed of progress. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to sell their property. Their professionalism, dedication, and customer service were outstanding from start to finish.<br><br>Thank you again to the whole team for all your hard work.

They return calls and deal with queries or concerns immediately. Lois and Samantha have been brilliant throughout, but recently I have crossed paths with Simon also. Simon is brilliant. He is extremely patient and answers all questions clearly. Simon especially has achieved results where others had previously failed. Thank you so much for your ongoing assistance.

28th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)We have just moved into the area and had a great experience with Keenans from start to finish.<br>We viewed the house a couple of times before making our offer and then twice again afterwards, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The whole team were so lovely, friendly and accommodating, always happy to answer our questions and arrange extra viewings.<br><br>Buying a house is never without its challenges, but the team were supportive throughout which made a massive difference. We arrived at their office at 4pm on one of the hottest days of the year to collect the keys, and they made us feel so welcome. They even surprised us with a bottle of wine to celebrate in our new home!!<br><br>Thank you to everyone at Keenans for helping us with our move. We'd happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

Really friendly, knowledgeable staff, especially Nicole, who kept in touch very regularly. Hope they continue with their excellent service through to completion.

I found them very good on communication regarding viewings and feedback and I would get a quick response or call back or email with any queries I had. They were also very helpful during the sale process when any problems arose.

Initially we listened to Tom somewhat tongue in cheek due to our previous experience however, from the minute Tom talked the talk, he & CW walked the talk. Their communication, commitment & focus on us was exceptional. My wife & I spent many years in very senior sales positions, we knew what we wanted by our own standards & CW exceeded these. CW delivered on every level; can't praise them enough & we wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend this company. Thanks to all at CW, incredible experience.
