Not sure which quote was accurate now. Doing some works on the house before selling but I’m not convinced theirs was the most accurate quote? ??????

Victoria has been fantastic throughout – approachable, reassuring, responsive and, most importantly, genuinely interested in helping both sides find a solution and keeping the sale moving forward.<br><br>When our survey and subsequent specialist investigations uncovered some significant unexpected work, Victoria was absolutely brilliant. She listened to our concerns, understood our position immediately and handled what could have been a really difficult negotiation incredibly professionally. She communicated with the seller on our behalf and helped us reach an outcome that we genuinely feel is fair for everyone.<br><br>What has impressed us most is that we've never felt like we're simply another transaction. And, the real star of the whole process was Carolyn. She kept us updated every step of the way, chased and pushed all parties to ensure everything moved smoothly, and was always available to patiently answer my many questions.<br><br>Buying a house can be stressful, but Town & Country made the experience feel much smoother and more manageable. 1st Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Ashtons where brilliant when we were buying our home, easily booked viewings and got to see property’s within a day or two.<br><br>When we made an offer and it got accepted they kept us up to date all the way through to completion!<br><br>I especially appreciated Katy, who was so kind caring and made me feel so at ease through that whole process. With being a first time buyer I was unsure on some things, and I felt I could ask her anything and it was never too much.<br><br>I honestly felt like she was just as happy as I was when I got the keys!<br><br>Thankyou to the whole Ashtons team, and an extra special thankyou to Katy!!

10th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)Local, efficient and professional. Many thanks to the team at Northwall especially Freya, who in my opinion has the most stressful job through out the process. She is the point of contact once you have accepted an offer and has to ensure the continuity of contact to keep the sale going until the end. I cannot recommend this company enough. If anyone out there is unsure and weighing up the option between this company and other local companies then please take my advice and choose Northwall. I originally went with a different local agent and after 6 weeks of only one viewing and a bad offer I switched to Northwall and the house was under offer with a week. Great work everyone and many thanks.

9th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Really speedy service, found my new home within 2 days of viewing, I'm absolutely over the moon with the service I've received, Thanks Evie and the team....... Edit.... Although my initial experience was excellent my tenancy experience as been awful, Firstly I should have never been given the keys in the first place, the property was not fit to live in, eventually I complained to the council and they sent an inspector up and there were a number of things that needed fixing some were emergency repairs and were deemed dangerous.<br>To this end I found another property and have since moved, another problem is the full notice period is still being insisted upon despite my requests for it to be waived due to the state of the property. That amount of money would be another £1500. SIMPLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
