She was super friendly from the start and genuinely seemed really happy for us the whole way through. She kept us updated regularly with what was going on in the chain so we always felt in the loop, which we really appreciated. When we went to pick up the keys Lauren wasn’t there, but we met Lisa who was also really lovely and welcoming. Such a lovely touch as well being given a little gift box with some new home essentials like washing detergent and tea bags ?? Big thank you to Lauren and the rest of the team. We’re so happy to finally be homeowners and would definitely use Carter Williams again in the future! 10/10 Lucy & Lee x

1st Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Would highly recommend using Brown and cockerill if you’re buying or selling a property. From start to finish they were very friendly ,professional and a pleasure to work with and just can’t fault their commitment to making the whole process go as smooth as possible. A special mention to Luke for all his hard work who went above and beyond for us throughout . I would also like to thank Ellie for her role in the process keeping us updated and her communication throughout and the rest of the team who made a stressfull situation a pleasant one . Wouldn’t use any other agent . Many thanks

We could not have asked for any more form Lauren, Maddie and Eve Never complained and were with us all the way, through a very difficult sale with difficult solicitors and lower chain issues. The purchase was a breeze due to H&H’s relationship building. Thank you so very much from all of us, Kindest David, Amanda and Archie.

From that very first communication, Eleanor was incredible!! She was friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful. She bent over backwards to help me! I rang up for one property and several hours later Eleanor had us viewing 5 incredible properties. One of which ended up being “the one” she was happy and friendly through your the entire viewing time and with a great sense of humour! She is an asset to your team and we as a family are truly grateful for all of her help and support!! Thank you so very much Eleanor!

Josh was fantastic — Ellie quite literally saved us by getting our mortgage approved when things were looking uncertain, and we’re so grateful for her hard work and persistence. Georgia truly went above and beyond during the chain process. She was incredible — constantly chasing updates, keeping everyone aligned, and stepping in whenever things stalled. At times it genuinely felt like she was doing the solicitors’ work just to make sure everything stayed on track. Her commitment, communication, and determination made all the difference. An amazing team from start to finish — we couldn’t recommend them more!

They have always been very knowledgeable and professional and the process has also been straightforward and hassle free. We cannot recommend them enough. And we will definitely use them in the future if we decide to move again.- 19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)Excellent experience with Caroline Wright as our mortgage broker!<br><br>We had an independent mortgage broker but switched to Caroline and she beat all of the offers we already had!<br><br>She really cared about getting us the best deal and responded instantly to messages even when on holiday as she didn’t want to delay the process. She also recommended a fantastic surveyor who worked really hard to keep our timeline quick and efficient.<br><br>Thanks to Caroline and team, we had 19 days from our offer being accepted to exchanging contracts.<br><br>100% recommend!
- 24th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Absolutely disgraceful. Easily the worst estate agent I have ever encountered. Once they have you locked in as a tenant, they become completely unreachable. Calls ignored. Emails ignored. Messages ignored. It’s like dealing with a brick wall — except a brick wall is more responsive. The Rugby lettings team is beyond incompetent. I have been chasing serious issues for nearly a month. Every single time I’m fobbed off with “leave it with us,” followed by total silence. No updates. No action. No professionalism. They are quick to take rent but utterly useless when it comes to doing their actual job. You are left stressed, frustrated, and wasting your time constantly chasing people who clearly do not care. This agency treats tenants with complete disregard. If you value communication, accountability, or basic human decency — stay well away.

The whole team demonstrated excellence and professionalism. Codie was absolutely brilliant throughout — from showing us around properties to guiding us all the way through to completion. She was always helpful, approachable, and happy to answer any questions we had, no matter how small. We felt genuinely supported at every stage of the process. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this estate agent, especially for first-time buyers.

18th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)19 days for exchange | 35 Days for completion. We have had an excellent experience with buying our first home through O'Riordan Bond Brixworth. We wanted a quick process and with no prior experience, we didn't want to spend hours trawling through internet searches for professionals so were happy to use the network given to us! From our first contact with Adele, she has been driven and efficient. She is someone you want on your team. She pursued properties that could have suited us before ultimately finding our dream home that ticked every single box and in budget too! We viewed the home with Matthew at 4pm and our offer was accepted by 5:30pm. He gave us the contact details for Key Conveyancing who we instructed as our solicitors and the sellers did too. Sam Kelly was very helpful and the process was smooth. Adele suggested we use Caroline Wright as our mortgage broker who not only beat the offer from our previous mortgage broker but regularly checked in on our house hunting and responded to messages instantly - even during her holiday! Caroline recommended Richard Girdwood of CWH Surveyors who arranged our level 2 survey for 10 days later with Sophie Jamieson. It was arranged for Sophie to contact us to give the results over the phone to speed up the process. Sophie suggested a structural engineer was needed and put forward Kevin White of White Structural Consulting LTD. I contacted him on Monday afternoon, he travelled 1 hour to inspect the property on Tuesday afternoon and I had the report by Wednesday morning. The whole system has been incredibly efficient and we would not hesitate to recommend any of the professionals we have used. Each person has actively communicated with one another to ensure we weren't middle men making the process quick and easy; a well oiled machine! Thanks to each person and company that made this such a fantastic experience.- 24th Oct 2025 (21 weeks ago)We contacted O'Riordan Bond kingsthorpe brach to sell our home after having used two other estate agents beforehand. Their communication was fantastic, the whole process was smooth and easy, they went above and beyond to assist us with any queries, they were friendly, honest and quite frankly, excellent all round. We will be returning when the time comes to sell our next home and to purchase another. I cannot thank you all enough.
