6th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Many, many thanks to you all!

25th Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)Sold our house much faster than anticipated. Other estate agents said our house was likely to be many months before it sold as it required a certain type of buyer who wanted a remote countryside home. But with Peter Lane they used their extensive list of buyers and found a handful who could be interested in our property immediately. We sold our house within 2 weeks at the price we wanted. The agents were super friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Price was better than most other agents. Photos and advert exceeded expectations

6th Oct 2020 (5 years ago)I didn't use F&C as my Estate Agent, but having had such a great experience buying a house through them, they will certainly be the only firm I use in future. We went through 3 estate agents when selling our house and I could pick faults with all 3. However our interactions with F&C, and specifically Haydn and Kelly, were exemplary. They really do care about their clients and nothing was too much trouble for Haydn. He was prompt with enquiries and even through the Covid lockdown was available throughout (my firm furloughed everyone and didn't even tell me!!). Brilliant Estate Agents, wish I had used them from the start and will do in future and recommend them to friends. Keep up the good work ????

Their price for handling the sale was very competitive and the service was professional from start to finish. We were updated regularly on the progress of the sale and information provided was always very clear and realistic. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area. Michael Sibley was outstanding in his dealings with us and achieved a great result! We also received a cheque for £200 on completion.

Benningtons, Stuart and Laura, are concise, emphatic and genuinely know the local market. Thorough and precise communication throughout, total honesty and transparency. 18th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.
