19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)Excellent team effort from everyone at Fine and Country Nottingham, second to none.<br>From Tom's indepth explanation of their comprehensive marketing strategy, which is so much more than just putting it on Rightmove! The attention to detail, the effort and care taken to get it on the market, the viewings, the liaison, always keeping us up to date, totally on the ball chasing the next steps. Everyone seems to have their role within the company and it really shows. Jane & Catherine both spent two hours really getting to know the house, so that when prospective buyers asked questions, they had the answers at their finger tips, which made a huge difference. Communication & experience from Jane, Sara & Janice restored our faith in estate agents. A great team effort, thank you all so much ?????? We highly recommend the Nottingham branch.

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Had my property managed by them . Not happy with the way they handled when it came to an issue with tenant . The person in charge have not returned any of my calls dispite many messages left . Nobody took any responsibility on misshandeling and mistakes that was made .<br>I am still waiting for the last tenant to remove the rubbish they left in garden which will cost me a good couple of hunderd and the deposit has been returned without solving this issue.The property was left dirty also . It looks like nobody did their job and no last inspection was done .<br>I was told it was let to a letting company and their effort to contact them has failed .<br>All that management fees are to avoid this kind of problems or so I thought.

Even after moving into my new place she checked in with me to make sure everything was okay.

28th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)After a promising start with Jared it quickly went down hill. We are first time sellers and dealing with WHB put us off entirely that we took the house off the market and are going to try again in a couple of years (with another estate agent).<br><br>(To be clear, when we cancelled the contract I emailed them with our experience and it went unanswered)<br><br>In summary:<br>1. We expected a consultative experience. Being guided through the selling process with recommendations on what to do. Instead we’d get calls asking us what we wanted to do… if we knew what to do we wouldn’t be paying you thousands in fees.<br>2. Liberty is in serious need of training. Any push back or challenge and she hands you off to Jared, during negotiations with a prospective buyer she relayed incorrect information on their offer, and speaking with the offerees directly communication with them was non existent. From the same offerees we were told that Liberty really doesnt understand the house she is selling, any of its unique features (even though we sent an email detailing them) and instead just guessed.<br>3. We had 4 viewings in 4 months, zero advice on what to do. With one viewing they were an elderly couple looking for a bungalow (for context we are a 3 story with steep stairs)<br>4. We received an incredibly low offer. This offer was delivered with no advice, no suggestions on next steps, no consultation. Just "here's the offer, what do you wanna do?" This offer was given around lunchtime, to which we countered and I had to chase a call the morning after to find out what was going on.<br><br>Rather than the consultative experience we expected, it feels like they are just order takers.<br><br>Based on our experience id encourage you to avoid.
21st Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)I have had multiple experience with the staff here and can honestly say that I would not go anywhere else. The staff are very professional, provide a great service and are very helpful and polite. Having both purchased and sold with whitegates and experienced superb service each time I though it was only fair that I shout about it so that others will know how good they really are. I only ever recommend them (and yes I have tried others in the past, my worst experience being with a company that has an X in there name). Whitegates however have and are always spot on, you wont go wrong using them. Thank you to everyone there for the years of amazing service.
18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I had a viewing arranged through Granger and Oaks today, hosted by their agent Emily, and she was fantastic — knowledgeable, responsive, and had all the information we needed on hand. She answered our questions quickly and took the stress out of finding a new place. I'd happily recommend her to anyone letting through Granger and Oaks.
19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)Marta was great and very professional even though the flat wasn't right for us she took the time to look at other properties with us, we have another viewing on Thursday with them and I expressed other homes I was interested in and she said she will sort it out so that we can see 3 properties one after another, great service and was lovely to meet Marta

6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Extremely unprofessional and rude customer service. I spent two days trying to book a property viewing, calling over 25 times before anyone even answered. Instead of helping me over the phone, they insisted I send an email—even though I explained I was on a tight deadline to move. I emailed immediately, stating I was available any day, any time. They ignored my email. When I called them back 15 times the next day, the representative was completely rude and refused to book a viewing, claiming someone else had seen it yesterday and would likely take it. To make matters worse, the property is still actively listed on OnTheMarket right now. Why ask for my availability via email, refuse to book a viewing, and leave the ad live if it's supposedly taken? The way I was spoken to felt dismissive and discriminatory. Older reviews might look good, but their current service is appalling. Save your time and avoid this agency.
22nd May 2025 (1 year ago)The best estate agents ever!! Fantastic, friendly and always there to help and answer questions. There local knowledge and expertise sold my house. I can’t thank Tash and Ella enough for making my house sale run smoothly and quickly. From coming on the market it sold and completed in 11 weeks. Would highly recommend Benjamins. Fantastic solicitor recommendation as well. Thank you again for being amazing.

23rd Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Didn't get as far as actually dealing with them - saw an interesting flat, but the blurb was obviously written by AI, was unclear, contradictory and definitely inaccurate. Obviously hadn't ben proofread or edited. Made me wonder how much else they skimp on doing properly, so approached another agent.

7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)Tried to get a viewing at a property in the town centre<br>Was called morning of the viewing assuming I was renting explained to them I was buying no show by agents as thought they had confused me<br>My view is they want to continue to rent property and not sell it , feel sorry for the vendor<br><br>Thanks for your response I still see the property has not sold ,<br>I’ve found and completed so the “look” you wished me obviously worked<br>I wish the same to your vendor

She was meticulously organised and went above and beyond giving us all the information we could ask for. I don’t think I’ve ever been given so much information by an estate agent!<br>5 stars, great experience!
