14th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)First photos were poor, I had to ask them to retake them a few times. No contact after it was on the market, no updates , had to phone for updates . Wouldn't recomnend Robert Ellis, we had a very bad experience with them, just feel it was a waste of time and a lost opportunity for us to sell our house.

A huge thank you to Emma Sherwin, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. As first-time buyers, everything felt quite overwhelming at times, but Emma was always patient, supportive, and quick to answer any questions we had. She kept us updated every step of the way and made the whole journey feel much less stressful. Her professionalism, communication, and genuine care really stood out, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. We’re so grateful for all her help in making our first home purchase such a positive experience. They all worked really hard to ensure the sale of my property was a success following previous disappointment. The communication and attention to detail through the sale process was of a high quality. I was anxious but there was reassurance and honesty throughout the process. The staff team were all very helpful. But special mention for Alan Heys and Claire Dack. Both have know me a lot time and gave that extra personal touch. Excellent service. I would highly recommend the branch.

The communication was fantastic and Donna could not have done more to push progress and keep us in the loop. I only wish we had used them to sell our property also. Would highly recommend and would use them again when needed.

22nd Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Associate director consciously chose to breach trust rendering my relationship with the company as both a seller and buyer, completely untenable. My interests were entirely secondary as demonstrated by their actions. I received assurances they weren’t prepared to uphold, was made promises they weren’t prepared to keep and set expectations they weren’t prepared to follow through. Avoid this estate agent and use one of the many others available.
