16th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Spencer Birch carried out our homebuyers survey. Martin and Gill have both been so friendly and professional through the whole process. They were very quick to respond and got the survey booked in straight away. Within a week of our initial enquiry it was done and the report emailed through with a hard copy in the post. Martin took the time to talk us through the survey, giving us the chance to ask questions and understand next steps. He is clearly highly skilled and also cares about what he does. We would definitely book them again in the future and recommend to others.

1st Apr 2019 (7 years ago)We sold 2 houses with JF , mine & also my partners . We also bought through JF & my buyer also sold with them ( I know right ????) . They are such a friendly team . Loved Mo & Tina ( Good luck in your retirement Tina) . They’re a very personable company & get to know your house , which I found really important . We viewed over 50 houses , so we had dealings with a lot of agents . All I can say , is I was glad JF were selling ours .

9th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Very helpful, always sorted out any issues we had, Jasmine was great and a pleasure to deal with- 8th Mar 2019 (7 years ago)Awful and a complete waste of time, we were running slightly late because of really bad traffic so had pushed our viewing back to 5pm and arrived at the property a few minutes before hand, we went to see if someone was in the property but no answer so called the agent back to which they said "we waited till 5 but we're now back at the office so we'd have to rearrange" I was curious as I said to the agent it's actually 5pm now so how did someone stick around till 5? They then hung up ..... Safe to say I feel bad for whoever is selling that property as this is horrific service. I'm not best pleased that it took us 45 mins to get there to be let down. I will not be wasting my time with that company again
3rd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I have only very good things to say about this lovely company. If you are looking for a property to rent then I highly recommend Smith & Co. There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!
17th Feb 2026 (20 weeks ago)Very Poor Service – Extremely Unprofessional<br><br>I had booked a viewing and arrived on time, only to be told by Ellis that she didn’t have the keys to the property. After some discussion, she said she would send me a video of the property instead.<br><br>Since then, I have sent multiple texts and emails but have received no response. This is highly unprofessional. Like If you are doing a client a “favour,” the least you can do is communicate properly and respect their time.<br><br>I would strongly advise landlords and business owners to reconsider using their services. There is clearly a lack of professionalism and basic customer care. It’s no surprise that their signboards remain on properties for years if this is the level of service they provide.

Best agents I have ever dealt with - communication was second to none, checking in all the time, updating, calling in when I was sick to check on me ! way above and beyond. Totally professional, ensured all 3 knew my property inside out - just fantastic, open, honest, transparent - absolute pleasure to have dealt with them and if ever I sell again, they will be who I chose hands down.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)After 9 weeks on the market, 0 viewings, 0 offers. Little to no communication, I had to chase to find out what was going on. Terrible service. Abysmal! After 10 weeks, I moved to David James (emailed Belvoir to remove property and no response), within 5 DAYS I have 10 viewings. I was also advised by David James that Belvoir photos were drastically inadequate. Do not ever use Belvoir under any circumstances. They will not respond to you and when they do, they will suggest lowering price as they are too inept to do any work. My experience for my view - I am a landlord and have bought, sold and rented over 15 properties. Pretty familiar with levels of service. Please don't use them to sell.
30th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)I had previously used this Estate agent’s last year. Once again they got my property sold. Really easy to work with, the video they did was excellent, overall a great experience. Their pricing is very competitive for the same service , would definitely recommend.

16th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)They got recommended to us by a friend after we had a house for sale with Purple Bricks for 2 months with not much luck. After the Jacobs took over and prepared new advert we had 4 viewings booked in the first week with offer over the asking price after the first viewing. The whole process went so fast and smooth we went from viewing to completion in just 10weeks. Their communication and patients was exactly what we needed to keep us calm during the process.<br>If we had to sell another house we would definitely work with them again. Massive thanks to Elliot and Gemma for helping us sell the house and start a new chapter.
