28th Sep 2026 (29 days ago)We used Knightsbridge to sell my mum's house. We found Denise, Amy the team at the Oadby branch professional and efficient. Also a mention for Mandy who was our contact when preparing our house for sale. The sale became a very lengthy affair but Denise was always trying to move things on with solicitors especially, which at times was less than easy! We were always kept uinformed. They were very mindful of the fact that we were moving an 86 year old who had never been through the experience and the process was explained thoroughly.<br>We would highly recommend.

3rd Oct 2026 (24 days ago)I can’t say anything other than they are a WONDERFUL team who have almost become like friends over a 6 month, very tricky sale of our house. They were so pleasant, communicated well and went out of their way to make sure our sale through. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I want to thank Shanya who even went out to a viewing one evening when we were away. She is so smiley, friendly, and incredibly efficient! Jo the manager again has such a warm personality and was always reassuring when things got unsettled with our vendors. Steff was great too and although came in later on in our sale, was always “on the case”. Can’t forget Mike either who valued our property in the beginning and was very good at explaining the whole selling procedure to us. They are a wonderful team and I would recommend Spencer’s to anyone selling a house in this area.

Being new to the area, I also queried different areas of the county in terms of transport links and safety. The staff member went out her way to provide me with clear, accurate and detailed information which proved to be enormously helpful. Her knowledge of the city and kindness stuck in mind. It really benefits to use a local agent with professional staff who are also local to the area.

23rd Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)Had a brilliant experience with selling my parents house with Spencers in Wigston. My first contact was with their sales valuer Mike, I found him to be very polite and professional, and was even respectful and considerate enough to take his shoes off when visiting the property (yes, sometimes it really is the little things that help to make a difference!) It took a little longer than we hoped to sell the property although this was in no way due to any fault of Spencers, it was just the speed of properties in general selling in our particular area and my reluctance to lower the asking price! We sold the property for a fair price which was very close to the asking price. I can 100% recommend using Spencers in Wigston and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The whole process went very smoothly with excellent communication throughout the entire process. Thanks very much to the Spencers team, especially Mike, Jo, Georgina and Shaniya.
