24th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)This agent requires sixteen weeks.There wasn't communication after the contract was signed. The property was on the market, but it was the twelfth week before anyone enquired. Could not locate agents window on the high street. They do not use professional photographers, which was definitely a mistake. The agent works alternate Saturdays, but never informed me beforehand, and suggested I didn't tell him I would be away. Unsure of the question as he did agree to conducting the viewings. One viewer was due to come on a Saturday, but never showed. It's possible she tried to contact,but got no reply. It's the same response I got when I rang twice on that Saturday. He got the keys along with instructions to the alarm, but still managed to set it off. He does not come over too well, and can't say it's the right career choice.

They always kept me up to date so I knew what was going on at every step of the way, I would happily recommend and use them again

The agency tried to take the money off my deposit for things like lighting bulb that was fully working or normal wear and tear. The people should stop trying to get the money off the tenants in such a disgusting way. Please be very careful as they lie about everything!!

Answered all of my questions and concerns, made the process very smooth and easy, great customer service. Would definitely recommend working with this company. She seemed very experienced and knowledgeable, looking forward to go ahead with their services for my property.

I lived in their property for 2 years and I can say that they are experts in maintenance. I recommend them highly to any homeowner or tenant. She was always responsive to emails and calls whenever I needed her, and consistently professional and informative throughout. As a first-time buyer, that made a huge difference and really put me at ease. That did not matter to Mike he was helpful sorting things out for us too. We gad a wonderful welcome care package from Mike when we moved in. Such a wonderful thoughtful touch.
