From the start I was shown the property by Terry, and from there on in dealt mainly with Colin. I couldn't fault them. Any queries I had of which there were a few were sorted and dealt with. I feel I built up a good relationship with them and they went above and beyond to sort out any issues I had. I feel it was nice to work with a local independent company and to support local trade. 5 stars from me all round. Thank you Colin,Terry and your team. Many thanks

20th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)Matthew and the team successfully dealt with the sale of two houses for our family in 2025. Matthew initially offered advice as to pricing strategy as well as going above and beyond to help with our buying choice which was outside of the agency's geographical area. Both sales included some tricky negotiations at times which were dealt with calmly using Matthew's longstanding experience . He took time to explain options to us and was always pleasant and diplomatic with all parties concerned, despite some difficulties with each sale caused by over enthusiastic potential purchasers. I would thoroughly recommend Tayler and Fletcher.

20th Sep 2025 (5 mo. ago)I recently viewed a property I was very interested in and made it clear I wanted to put in an offer and in a chain-free position. Despite this, the agent sold to a buyer involved in a chain. When I asked whether it would have been better for their vendor to receive multiple offers, I was told “of course we will take two sales over one.” When that sale later fell through and the property came back to market, I was contacted to view again. Unfortunately, the exact same situation occurred again. I was apprehensive to move forward given the previous time and again, whilst in discussion with the agent, not given a fair opportunity to put in an offer, while the agent managed to reconnect the chain. I understand that the market is difficult, but prioritising an internal double-deal over the vendor’s best interests feels deeply underhand. If I were the seller, I would be furious to learn this was happening. On a separate note, I was taken aback by the line of questioning I received during the viewing. Being quizzed about my age and affordability, along with comments like I “only look about 15”, came across as unprofessional and demeaning. It left me feeling uncomfortable and put me off wanting to view further properties with this agent.
5th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)From day 1 we had a large number or viewings all communicated promptly with dates and times. Feedback from viewers was always communicated well. Harry strived to achieve the best purchase price possible for us. Special mention to Matthew as well who photographed our house and helped us with the process. All at Parkers, Reading have provided an amazing service to make our sale as painless as possible.
28th Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)The whole of my 'Interview' came across as getting a low cost valuation and sales pitch just to get customers to view. It ended up me taking the property (despite having an interested buyer) completely off the market. It left me and my property feeling totally unworthy. Very unhappy with Haarts tactics.

29th Oct 2025 (20 weeks ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.

8th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Su Leeburn was my agent. Chose her over a few other estate agents who give quotes. Mostly for her local knowledge and personable approach. I only dealt with her and she did all of the viewings so was able to give great feedback. Once we had found buyers offering a reasonable price she negotiated a better price and kept me informed. The sale went well from exchange to completion and Su was able to manage the expectations of the buyer. Took about 6 months from initial listing to completion. A great service at every stage.

But without using Agent Local i would have had a melt down, it’s been that emotional. 10/10 service and really glad I didn’t try sell it myself because my goodness the stress I’ve been through has been a rollercoaster and doing that alone would have been impossible for me.
